I recently spent several months living in a second-floor apartment, and overall, the experience was quite positive. The location offered a good balance between privacy and convenience. Being on the second floor meant I didn’t have to worry about street-level noise or foot traffic outside my windows, but it was still easy to get in and out without climbing endless flights of stairs. The natural light was one of the highlights—sunlight filled the living room almost all day, making the space feel warm and inviting.
Great, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Really feels like home here in this community. Thank you for all of the community events that brings everyone together!

It’s very quiet and serene here. I absolutely love the wildlife, as well it’s natural “ Preserve” habitats. I love the pool, and gym. I like my neighbors. Everything seems very peaceful as of right now.

Ever since moving in everything has been perfect the staff is very friendly and every time we had to make a couple maintenance request they’ve always fixed everything in a timely manner and very friendly and nice I like this apartment complex 10 times better than anywhere I’ve ever lived before

For the most part I like living here. The events are fun, the people are nice, the community is safe, and the maintenance staff is on point. The gym needs updating as do some of the other amenities, it’s sad they got away with the outside fire pit. Also while nice that management takes care of the space but there’s seemingly almost always something going on from a repairs, improvement, landscaping or other activity which has got me fretting Monday morning leaf blowers as they wake me up without fail.

Everything is so beautiful here and so peaceful. From the moment I walked in my apartment the first time I knew I am going to be happy here. Almost 2 years ago, I moved from a different state to this apartment without having visited the area. I was looking for an affordable place to stay in a nice area. I read reviews about this apartment with other people moving from different state without ever seeing the place and their experience was great. Turns out, I also had a great experience. The employees are great to work with. This complex does a great job of maintaining the look of the apartments. Every issue, I have reported has always been taken seriously and resolved. This apartment complex has a welcome liaison. Sandy and Jeff, makes you feel so welcome within the community. They plan 1-2 events per month to help bring the apartment community together. I have always enjoyed attending these events! I am getting ready to move from this area, and I am going to miss the people in this community. My experience here at The Preserve of Longleaf apartments has truly been a great experience. ??

The Preserve at Longleaf has been great and I enjoy the monthly events. The apartments themselves also seem great, though maybe slightly dated. The management alsk does seem to keep consistent maintenance of the community, such as replacing all of the gutters with new ones and replacing damaged sidewalks.

The Magnolia apartments are spacious and comfortable. The maintenance staff is very responsive. My neighbors are nice and friendly. The office staff is accommodating and friendly. The grounds are under renovation to make things better. It is quiet snd I feel safe. Im so happy I moved here.

This has been a great place to live at, we look forward to many more exciting experiences. This community is constantly upgrading the landscaping and the community events they put on are a lot of fun. I enjoy making myself a cup of espresso from time to time in the bar area.

Love my community!! Its quiet and friendly. The wild life you see with birds, squirrels are so tranquil. The neighbors are always saying hi and stop to talk. Clean, safe!

Very nice and quite community filled with lots of fun events for the whole family. I enjoy using the extra amenities such as the gym and the pool.

It has been a wonderful experience living here. I only wish we had designated parking spots for apartments without garages or rented garages.

This is a nice community. I enjoy my neighbors. We are friendly and considerate of each other. Others have asked to share numbers to support each other in a time of need. The ground are nicer and nearly maintained. Maintenance is very responsive and timely. The area is quiet with natural wildlife which is respected as well.

my boyfriend and i love it here! only con is limited parking at night. i always end up having to park infront of a different building and walk far at night.

Really enjoy the community and the people living here, especially Sandy and Jeff Bantz who host the community events. The gym could use some renewing, and the outside fire pit would be great to have back. It’s also not fun having to continuously step into road because cars are blocking the sidewalk, especially in the evenings but beyond that I enjoy living here
