The Preserve at Longleaf

For the most part I like living here. The events are fun, the people are nice, the community is safe, and the maintenance staff is on point. The gym needs updating as do some of the other amenities, it’s sad they got away with the outside fire pit. Also while nice that management takes care of the space but there’s seemingly almost always something going on from a repairs, improvement, landscaping or other activity which has got me fretting Monday morning leaf blowers as they wake me up without fail.

Everything is so beautiful here and so peaceful. From the moment I walked in my apartment the first time I knew I am going to be happy here. My views of the lake from my apartment living room and bedroom are so serene. The welcome home gift and sign was such a lovely touch. I’m so glad my friend told me about this community. I couldn’t be happier right now.

I've been here seven months and I'm very happy in this community. The grounds are well maintained, I love my 2 bedroom apartment, the office and maintenance staff are great to work with, my neighbors are wonderful. I'm so glad I moved here.

Moving here was so easy and the staff is so nice! I also had a couple of items that needed fixed while I work on moving and everything was done. Such a great start!

So far, we have had a wonderful experience here. I have had very noisy neighbors in an apartment complex before, but this one has been so peaceful and relaxing!

Love living in this community. My only issue is the parking. Wished we had assigned parking spaces. There are times I have to park another building away.

Still early, but its a beautiful community with lots of amenities and a secluded area. Yet right in the heart of everything. The apartments are spacious eith good floor plans.

Quiet, clean, safe organization. Many stores nearby, quick turnaround on any repairs. Close to I-95. Safe neighborhoods and good restaurants.

Nice location, grounds, lakes. Quiet, well managed. Renovated unit is very convenient. It would be nice to have a hall closet near the front door.

Almost 2 years ago, I moved from a different state to this apartment without having visited the area. I was looking for an affordable place to stay in a nice area. I read reviews about this apartment with other people moving from different state without ever seeing the place and their experience was great. Turns out, I also had a great experience. The employees are great to work with. This complex does a great job of maintaining the look of the apartments. Every issue, I have reported has always been taken seriously and resolved. This apartment complex has a welcome liaison. Sandy and Jeff, makes you feel so welcome within the community. They plan 1-2 events per month to help bring the apartment community together. I have always enjoyed attending these events! I am getting ready to move from this area, and I am going to miss the people in this community. My experience here at The Preserve of Longleaf apartments has truly been a great experience. ??

My resident experience has been mostly positive. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. I would recommend this place to others looking for a good living environment.

I love the sense of community here. It is very welcoming! I love all of the events! Also, maintenance is very quick to come fix things when something is wrong.

Enjoy the community here, the events, there’s constantly something being worked on or fixed which can get annoying but at least the property is being maintained. Quiet place to live

The Preserve at Longleaf has been great and I enjoy the monthly events. The apartments themselves also seem great, though maybe slightly dated. The management alsk does seem to keep consistent maintenance of the community, such as replacing all of the gutters with new ones and replacing damaged sidewalks.

Officer staff is friendly and attentive. Maintenance is prompt and polite . Many good neighbors and this community does good things for its residents. Cost is a bit high but , worth it.

The Magnolia apartments are spacious and comfortable. The maintenance staff is very responsive. My neighbors are nice and friendly. The office staff is accommodating and friendly. The grounds are under renovation to make things better. It is quiet snd I feel safe. Im so happy I moved here.

I love living here! I look forward to the monthly events and love to share them with my daughter. This is such a quiet and peaceful place with a very close community.

Lots Problems! Smelly Water ,dirty washer and drier,broken door,starches in walls,bigger trash inconvenience, fake promotions,Smelly Ponds,Noisy AC machines,etc.

This has been a great place to live at, we look forward to many more exciting experiences. This community is constantly upgrading the landscaping and the community events they put on are a lot of fun. I enjoy making myself a cup of espresso from time to time in the bar area.

Love my community!! Its quiet and friendly. The wild life you see with birds, squirrels are so tranquil. The neighbors are always saying hi and stop to talk. Clean, safe!

Very nice and quite community filled with lots of fun events for the whole family. I enjoy using the extra amenities such as the gym and the pool.

Preserve at Longleaf is a wonderful community, the office staff work very hard to make this a very safe and beautiful place to live. The maintenance staff are professional, and take care of any concerns immediately.

This is a nice community. I enjoy my neighbors. We are friendly and considerate of each other. Others have asked to share numbers to support each other in a time of need. The ground are nicer and nearly maintained. Maintenance is very responsive and timely. The area is quiet with natural wildlife which is respected as well.

my boyfriend and i love it here! only con is limited parking at night. i always end up having to park infront of a different building and walk far at night.

Really enjoy the community and the people living here, especially Sandy and Jeff Bantz who host the community events. The gym could use some renewing, and the outside fire pit would be great to have back. It’s also not fun having to continuously step into road because cars are blocking the sidewalk, especially in the evenings but beyond that I enjoy living here

Stephanie at the front made moving in a breeze!! Very quiet area, neighbors are pleasant and pool area is great! Could not ask for a better property for the price.

Great staff, friendly neighbors, complex is kept up well, nice layout of my Magnolia apartment, Monthly neighbor events, nice clubhouse available.

So far my experience has been wonderful. The resident team I met during the pizza social were extremely welcoming and friendly. I am looking forward to some of the other events they mentioned would take place in February.

I absolutely love living at The Preserve at Long Leaf! Everything has been amazing from the application process to living here the past few months. The community is clean and quiet. The office staff is always so nice. They’re extremely helpful anytime we have a question. Maintenance is incredible. They follow up so quickly on every single maintenance request. I love all the amenities. My kids pretty much lived in the pool during the summer/fall. My favorites are the events that are held twice a month! I’ve never lived in another apt complex that cares so much about its residents! We’re really going to miss this place when the military moves us again!

Excellent neighborhood and neighbors, especially Sandy & Jeff, who run our Apartment Life team. They are the greatest and are constantly having terrific events.

A year in, I still really like living in this community; it is nice, clean, and quite. I like all of the monthly community event. Would recommend to a friend.

Great complex! Safe, beautiful and the office staff and maintenance staff are the best! Prompt, courteous and very thorough. The accommodations are great!

The grounds are kept up very well and the apartment puts on resident events a few times a month. Very family friendly feel here. A lot of amenities as well.

Living here has been a great experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is always quiet and well maintained. Overall I have enjoyed my experience. It’s a bit pricey but a lot of amneties are included.
