Nice Place to stay. Good Location. Many shopping areas surround you. People are friendly. Nice environment for the children. Management good and great timely service when anything is needed. Would recommend.

The Pointe of Stoneybrook is a beautiful complex. It is always a pleasure to visit my friend who resides here. Inside and out, if I were local, I'd be interested in renting one of these apartments. Keep up the great work.

I moved in almost a year ago and chose Stoneybrook because it's dog friendly, has a pool, small fitness center and a dog park. The landscaping looks pretty in the spring. It's close to Walmart and restaurants. It's less than an hour to the beaches! The maintenance is responsive and quick to fix anything.

I have lived here for almost a year and have no complaints. Sara the property manager is amazing and will always resolve any problems you have. the communication is amazing! The apartments themselves are also spacious and well maintained. Would recommend these apartments to anyone looking in Seaford

Been living here a little under a year and this place is far better than my last apartment complex

I have been living here for around 2-3 years & I have no complaints at all . But If there ends up being any complaints they usually handle it the day of or the following day so it’s a very good place to live .

Pretty quiet location in a good area, good apartment amenities. Maintenance responds very fast to requests.

The management team here is very responsive and amazing! Any time I have a maintenance issue, it is typically resolved within the day (depending on what time I put the request in), and the maintenance supervisor is very nice. He always makes sure to give me a call and let me know he was working on fixing it or it was fixed. The property manager is amazing as well, she has been working on bettering the community as a whole and bringing people together. There is a book club, and a monthly newsletter which is nice to see all the good things in the community. Overall the neighborhood is very quiet and has a lot of nice amenities and is close by everything in town.

I’ve lived here for over a year, overall it use to be okay. Great location and fairly new looking apartments. Some downsides were crowded parking lots that are pretty far from your apartment door especially after a long day at work, overflowing dumpsters every weekend, and no elevator when you live on the third floor and have heavy objects or groceries. Those things weren’t too bad, just great motivation to buy a home sooner. Now what makes my rating so low today is my personal experiences with the property management. Management changed at the beginning of my 2nd year living here and oh boy. My washer has broken 7x in the last year with just medium use. In the past, repairs were made promptly so I had no complaints. This time around under new management, I called the office directly after a full week and half of hearing nothing and was told that the new owners live out of state and that my washer is not a priority and my rent will not be reduced so don’t ask (even though I didn’t mention that). In my opinion, it seems like the new management are people miles away that just collect your rent and aren’t concerned about tenant retention. I would go find a cheaper place to rent because you’ll be paying the price of an apartment with an in unit laundry unit but won’t be able to use it 1/4 of the time of your lease.
