The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Jasmine, We are sorry your experience has not lived up to our standard. I believe Ashley has been working to connect you with the 3rd party vendor that damaged your equipment. As we understand it they have accepted responsibility for this. If you have any other concerns please reach out to us. Sincerely, The Pointe Ownership
Since BSR has bought this property from Venterra, it has went downhill quick! I could never get in touch with anyone in the office. Good luck getting a response to an email. The gates were always broken so anyone could drive in. The gym is dirty and the water cooler never refilled. Maintenance would take 3 days to come out and still not solve the issue. So, call to report its not fixed and guess what? Another 3 days. I finally just started fixing things myself. I usually don't leave bad reviews, but this is definitely the worst apartment I've had as far as the office staff. BSR is very unprofessional. The pictures you see on the website are when the property was brand new. It is now worn out. Also, Old Dowlen is a very busy road. I would avoid it entirely. Traffic is terrible! Save yourself a big headache and look elsewhere.

Dear Resident, Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback. We will review with management and see if there are any areas we can improve in. If you would to discuss further please reach out to Crysta at thepointemgmt@bsrtrust.com Sincerely, The Pointe Ownership
I rented a unit at the Pointe for two years. I paid a security deposit for over $1,200.00 and, as long as the former administration was in charge, the complex run very smoothly. Unfortunately when the current manager took over, we observed immediately the extremely poor management of the building. The water of the pool always cloudy, the gym always dusty and the courteous and nice they were at first changed overnight once they knew that we were not going to renew the lease. I moved out and after three weeks a got my deposit back my mail. I almost fainted when I realized that I was getting $300 back out of the $1,200 I paid initially!!!! In the letter they issued, the reason why I was getting that amount of money back was basically because the carpet needed to be replaced. So, I wondered if the POINTE was not going to replace the carpet even though they had tenants living in a unit for TWO YEARS!!!! They decided to get it replaced at the expense of my deposit!!! It’s so not worth the money. Extremely disappointed of their dishonesty and lack of professionalism

E.M., We appreciate the review. At The Pointe we are committed to providing an exceptional living experience to all of our resident family. Your feedback helps us improve. We will share your review with our leadership and try to identify any areas we could have done a better job in. It is true that if a carpet is damaged the replacement cost comes from the security deposit. If you have any remaining questions, please call our Community Manager Crysta at (409) 924-9000. Regards, The Pointe Ownership
Loved the apartment, neighborhood and everything this place has to offer, but unfortunately my boyfriend and I were treated SO unfairly. He was not approved for reasons we still cannot discover. I called back to ask if I could apply for the apartment and I was told that I could apply, but i would not be approved since my boyfriend was not approved. I tried calling the apartments back again to speak to someone about this and figure out a solution but I was IGNORED. VERY unprofessional staff. This was so disappointing and I will be taking this to a higher authority. I have lived in numerous exquisite apartment complexes and I have never experienced such horrible customer service. These people should be fired. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. A nice apartment is not worth your time with such an unprofessional, immature staff. Go to the Preserve or West End Lodge.

Quiet with a nice neighborhood feel. Best part is the townhouse layouts are called 2 bedrooms but you get a very nice loft room as a bonus. Great apt for the price.
Awesome amenities, great location, and very spacious floorplans. Even the staff is exceptional! I love it! .
