I love the size of the rooms, the walk in closets, a laundry room that as enough space for a regular size washer and dryer. The porch is nice and an extra storage room.

I've been living her for about a year now. I'm about to renew my lease. The manager is so nice and wonderful. And the maintenance man takes really good care and fixes everything pretty fast. They take really good care of the grounds. It's quiet and peaceful and the pool is very clean and I love that it's a gated community. It's a wonderful place to live.

Be warned, lots of black mold and the amount you pay for rent is NOT worth the property.
Maintenance man can be rude, disrespectful and confrontational with residents. Promises are not kept. Never got propane for grill or wood for firepit. Had to pay for our own to use both.

I have been here almost 6 months and we love it. Gwen was so helpful with the paperwork and helping with getting us into the apartment every step of the way. We never have any maintenance issues every time we need something fixed I just put in a request and it gets done in just a few days. She always has a great attitude and goes beyond her way to make sure things are in order and the property is at its best. It is safe and quiet the neighbors are the best.

I am enjoying my new. home. There have been a lot of improvements since I have moved in, the whole complex shows a lot of improvements. There has improvements in the landscaping, the pool has new chairs and tables. The office and clubhouse has been updated this shows interest in the complex.

I enjoy living at The Pointe (Parktowne) because it is quite and the management is constantly trying to improve the apartment complex. I have not had any problems or heard of anyone having problems since I moved in. Maintenance quickly responds to any problems that I have had. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

Very nice place to live, people are friendly the grounds are beautiful, very well maintained, close to shopping centers, maintenance staff is always available for any problems you may have, l would highly recommend this community to anyone who asked
I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and the changes I have seen most recently regarding maintenance staff has been wonderful. All of the office staff etc are very helpful and fast.
These apartments are very well maintained. The residents that live here are very nice and friendly when something in your apartment breaks there are right there fixing it. These apartments are very nice.
