Trapped by the friendly staff, cozy community and welcoming area. Theresa, Marla & Amy have been helpful and personable during the move in and anytime I've interacted with them since. The staff has been super accommodating and welcoming. The pool is the perfect place to hang out and relax. People seem to keep after their pets. I was worried about the nearby train before move in, but it's shockingly quiet. All this and it's 30 seconds away from the Colleges in town. Perfect for both a student & an adult who works nights like myself.

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The maintenance guys are very good, they have always resolved all our problems within stipulated time. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. Also, the staff respects the diversity and initiate programs to make the stay worth more. Always something fun and exciting going on here every month. I highly recommend The Pointe at Victoria for your next apartment home.

From the newly renovated clubhouse, stainless steel appliances, large garden bathtubs to having Valet Living doorstep trash. The Pointe at Victoria has so many things to offer their residents, with the frequent property events, to awesome community staff. The manager Amanda takes pride in the community. She is very kind and will address any concerns with prompt attention. I would definitely recommend the Pointe at Victoria, such a wonderful community!

My neighbors were fantastic. The space was more than enough for my needs. The onsite facilities were superb and always kept clean. Special shoutout to Devon with the timely repairs and I can't forget about Amanda for answering my 100 inquiries.

I have been here for several months and I can’t say enough good things about this complex. The staff is super friendly and always ask how I’m doing when I see them around the complex. They even have a monthly dinner for residents at the office. All of the neighbors I have met have been very nice. The property is kept clean by the management. Would definitely recommend!!

These apartments are wonderful. We just recently moved in and from the moment we came in the office staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Move-in process was so smooth and quick. Our apartment home has exceeded our expectations! There is so much room! We look forward to what our new home and community has to offer! We can see why they were voted Best of the Best!

Hawthorne at Victoria offers lots of wonderful amenities such as a sparkling salt water pool, grill areas and spacious fitness center. I recommend anyone looking for a new place to call home check out Hawthorne! They do not disappoint.

We have lived here since 2016, and it has always been a great place to live. Our Hawthorne management team has amazing customer service skills and are extremely helpful during your move-in or transfer process. Shout out to the maintenance crew, too, for their quick response to work orders and their upkeep of the community! The team is truly engaging with their community by offering fun, safe events as well. As testament to how amazing our team is, after Hurricane Harvey hit in 2017, our apartment sustained flood damage. I heard from other friends at other complexes that they had to move out and find another place -- and because of the hurricane, that was nearly impossible. The Hawthorne team took care of us and moved me and my husband to another apartment on-site while they assessed and fixed the apartment. They went one step further by adding additional drainage to all the breezeways on the first floor for added safety and improvement. We will never forget what they did for us during such an uncertain time. Now, we are in the process of moving to a bigger place at the Hawthorne. We didn't even think twice about moving to another complex. The team has made this process easy and has been patient and helpful with any of our questions. Love our place and our team!

Hi , I’d like to take the time to express my views of The Hawthorn of Victoria. My Husband and I searched for 3 weeks to find the place we would enjoying living. We looked for space, security and safety, Staff that treated their residents as family and not just another dollar made. I was left with two decisions either The Hawthorn or another property but my heart kept saying The Hawthorn and so here we are. Before we moved in I changed my mind on units and they never once made me feel not important and wanting a different floor plan. They made it happen. The staff Silva, Sabrina and Audrey are amazing. Those ladies are professional , respectful, Fun and make living here a Joy. They have monthly plans for their residents and always providing the best of the best. The Swimming pool is awesome and my favorite past time with the kiddos. I know what to look for for the fact I am also an apartment manager in another town and this team is on point. If you are looking for a Home that you enjoy then this is it. I’ve been all over with the military and The Hawthorn is the best yet. Save time and energy and apply today if a beautiful place is what your looking for . Maintenance is quick also never have I had a problem.

These apartment homes are so spacious. These are the largest one bedroom apartments I've ever experienced, and for great prices.. The amenities are great and the office team are very helpful. I won't want to leave when it's time!

If you are looking for something large and a place with the best staff check them out. The office ladies are so sweet and the services team has a great turn around time. You can't trust these people in the matter of Money. They will get many hidden charges that you will not expect and familiar...! They have charged extra money in billing services and issues with auto payment system. This is the only problem and unethical practices of Hawthorne community here at Victoria..!

I love the resident functions that the staff provides year around. This gives us the opportunity to meet our neighbors and get to know the staff as well. The landscape is always on point and the club house is always nice and clean. Great job!

Loud Train right behind complex. Thin walls and ceilings. Listened to someone get shot from patio on Coffey st. Called cops said officer was on scene. But office is very nice. Quick to respond with maintenance. Dog poop everywhere!

Moved in about a month ago, my dog and I are loving the community and all of the amenities. The dog park is wonderful, the grounds are kept looking great, awesome location, friendly staff that is always willing to help, and gorgeous homes. What more could you want!? Special thanks to Sylvia the manager for going above and beyond, can't imagine living anywhere else!

We have lived in Hawthorne for 1.5 years. We loved our two beds, two baths unit and amenities. The swimming pool is awesome and BBQ area is a nice place for the party. We are very satisfied with the maintenance service and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Overall, highly recommend it to people who seeking a place to live in Victoria.

Complex is a great place. Lived in 2 separate apartments here and both where great. Is by a railroad but honestly never heard it pass by. Maintenance request where usually answered same day or within the morning of the next day. Staff is amazing and is always helpful and will get something done right then and there if you need it. Great community environment that always hosted little events every month to get the community out and get to know people in the complex. Always felt safe with my wife alone in the complex. Great floor plans with plenty of room plus all the closets are big enough for my wife and myself. Plenty of amenities around so you don't have to travel far for anything that you need.

The walls here are extremely thin to where you can hear everything going on in the complex. If you are a light sleeper like me, don't live here. Its not worth the price if you can't even get a good nights sleep.

Aside from it being on a shady side of town, this apartment complex is nice. The staff is helpful and maintenance usually quick to respond as long as you submit your request online. The website to making monthly payments is user friendly, as well. This apartment complex is near a hospital and a railroad so expect some noise every now and then. Other then that, the layout of the room is nice and the apartment amenities are nice as well.

Moving to an oilfiled boom town we expected a higher apartment remy rate and boy did we get it. However Hawthorne at Victoria (Formerly the Remington) wanted to make this place worth it. They offer concierge trash service, attentive maintenance, and clean property. They even managed to maintain their composure during an ownership change. If you can afford luxury living try this place out. The only problem we have ever had is a lack of cabinet space.
