The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Pointe at Stockbridge
Upon move-in, the apartment was not in acceptable condition. The unit was very dirty throughout. Several doors and sink areas had unfinished, un-sanded wood with paint applied directly over it. Both sinks and tubs showed visible rust. The vents were also rusted and appear to need replacement. Multiple electrical outlets were loose, and some did not work at all. One bathtub leaks from behind the wall, and the second bathtub is discolored with a yellow tint. The dishwasher was not functional and held standing, moldy water at the bottom. There has also been a roach problem since moving in. Additionally, communication between property management and maintenance is poor. Maintenance issues are not addressed in a timely manner, and there appears to be a lack of coordination regarding when repairs will be completed. Overall, the condition of the unit at move-in and the ongoing maintenance delays have been very disappointing.
I do not have anything positive to say about this community or my experience with this community including the new company . No one seems to care about the resident . If the new company is going to operate like the last one , then there is going to be no change . Therfore the cycle of horrible customer service , horrible experiences will continue . Ultimately resulting in residents not staying
Do not sign a lease here. Go literally anywhere else. The apartment did not have a working a/c unit, it was infested with roaches, the faucet was leaking and they left the manifold off for about 5 days and had the water shut off the entire time, and maintenance takes their time to try and fix any issues and when they do “fix” the problem it’s usually is not fixed correctly if at all. On top of that, the communication of what’s going on is very weak. Even from the property manager herself. She’ll try to duck and dodge you at any cost. She told me she would give me a call at the end of the day. I did not get a call that day or the next day and when i tried to come in person the following day, she was trying to avoid talk to me.
This complex took over 5 months to replace my A/C within the 5 months we had so much water damage due to the old A/C unit that was freezing over and then leaking. It got all on the carpet from the front door to the bedroom door. The complex carpet contractors came in and ripped up our carpet and took out the padding and exposed nails/spikes are now poking out on the entry way of the kitchen, laundry room and front door were the carpet was pulled up from. 2 months ago The A/C unit was replaced and the carpet was never fixed. My fiancé has stabbed himself in the foot several time because of this. Even my dog won’t go in certain areas of our 1 bed room apartment because of being hurt on the nails. When I called the complex to have the issue fixed, I was told that they forgot that my carpet in needed fixing. Another contractor came down to the complex a week ago and stated that the previous contractors did so much damage that he is unable to fix it. When I complain to my complex leasing manager they stated that they do not give out new carpet to current residence. Pretty much I am SOL. I spent 4 going on 5 years here paying my rent on time and not being an issue! Why do I have to go through these lengths to get a solution. Next step is Henry county inspectors to come out and rectify the issue.
Property Manager at The Pointe at Stockbridge, Responded To This Review
Hello Ms. Cooper, Thank you for your review. I deeply apologize for the issues that you experienced with the hvac system. We are thankful that we were able to get you a new system installed. We are in the process of assessing your carpet and I will be in contact with you this afternoon. I appreciate your patience as we work through these issues together. Maria Martinez Community Manager
I've enjoyed living here. Anytime I've needed assistance there is always someone willing to help. Anytime I've needed maintenence for any reason big or small there was someone willing to come check it out
Assembly Eagles Landing has a lot to offer! The office and maintenance team are great!
I moved into my apartment with a halfway working fridge (stopped cooling, my food spoiled, ice maker didn't work, but told me it was my fault because I had too much food in my fridge. But, even after I rearranged my food, the fridge still didn't cool), with no washer and dryer. I been here going on two weeks and I still don't have my appliances installed in my apartment. When appliances finally arrived, maintenance left the fridge sitting in the middle of my apartment because I had a piece of furniture in the way (which was a salon chair that they could've easily moved on their own to install the fridge and be done! I can move the chair myself and I'm only 5ft). Plus, there are two ways to get into the kitchen), with both washer/dryer in the laundry room, but not hooked up, and water was left on the floor, which I'm assuming from an attempt to hook it up. I was told they would be back the next day to install, and I came home to my appliances still sitting here and NOT hooked up. I will not be renewing my lease here.! This is an inconvenience to myself and my child, and I'm fed up with having to wait days, and now approaching weeks.
Please save yourself and DO NOT MOVE HERE. They do not answer in the leasing office and are very rude once you move in. They are simply unprofessional and I can’t wait for my lease to be up !
Garbage dumpster has been broken for 14 out of 17 months I've been here. Ceiling leaks when it rains. My unit has a fireplace that fills the room with smoke if you burn anything but a fake log. Termites also in my building. Maintenance tried to tell me they were ants lol. This place is a joke.
Do not move to 860 South! I had several issues with this company. One day while at work, maintenance entered my unit to fix a leak. This, in turn, resulted in my apartment being flooded. I was never contacted to be notified about the issue. Instead, I came home to my furniture moved and the padding under the carpet taken-up. The wet carpet resulted in mold forming in various locations in my apartment along with an unbearable stench. When I complained about it, I was told that it could not be black-mold that had formed and that a test would be conducted. I was never given a copy of the test, Furthermore, the carpet was never properly reinstalled. Instead of putting in new carpeting or padding, the same carpet and padding were reinstalled poorly. Every place that there was a seam had padding gaping or staples were protruding resulting in us being scraped and scratched repeatedly. I asked for this to be fixed but it was never corrected. I often felt unsafe in this complex. As a person who had previously been victimized by burglarers, I sought out residence in a gated community. However, although it was a gated community, the gate seldom worked. Anyone could enter the complex due to the gate being open 24 hours for months on end. This company also nickel and dimes hardworking people out of their money. When moving into this complex, it was owned by another company. A move-in checklist was completed with said company. However, when I moved out of the apartment, I was refunded less than $50 of the approximate $750 deposit that I paid. When I asked about the charges, I was given various bogus explanations to the "possible" reasons for the charges. I visited the rental office on multiple occasions to get a definitive explanation. I was told that they needed to check my move-in file in order to verify my disputes to the charges. I was told by not only the manager but also her assistant (on different occasions) that my file was not there but instead in the other person's possession. I realized that I was being given a run-around so I contacted the corporate office to see if I could get a resolution to my problem. Unfortunately, I was directed to an answering service where I left my contact information. I never received a callback. 860 South, under the ownership of Pegasus Residential, has displayed a lack of respect and professionalism as it relates to refund reimbursement and correcting issues.
They painted to make it look nice but they fix nothing, bug infested, laundry room has been broke 2 years and they'll let trash pile up til there are rodents running around and days before they attend to anything
Started off ok. Rent went up by $60 in the middle of lease and staff couldn't explain why. Promised to check it out and return call and never did. Break-ins and gun shots make it hard to sleep comfortably. Cobwebs taking over stairways / walkways, grass thick and high (maybe that's why I've seen 3 snakes in the last 3-4 weeks), gate malfunction, not to mention my gate code calls a stranger (thankfully she lets my visitors in), office hours are not consistent (so hopefully your hours are as flexible as theirs).
Carrington Ridge is a beautiful community. Im currently renting a spacious three bedroom apartment that i love. Clean and well kept. Awesome maintenance men that gets the job done.
They are nice aprtments , pretty quiet i have been living there for a year now.and for the price they were better then most aprtments i seen in the area.
