I have been a resident at the Pointe only since September. This has been a wonderful experience for me and I am thoroughly enjoying this new experience. There is always an activity daily. Something for everyone! All my neighbors and residences are always friendly and helpful. The Pointe is conveniently located near many of my favorite retail stores and there are a variety of eating establishments very close to the complex. I would highly recommend the Pointe to anyone looking for a 55 community!

I am very new to apartment living and slowly becoming accustomed to all the various noises. I am enjoying this new experience meeting new friends, attending the various activities offered especially the different fitness classes. I hope they continue in the new year.
I've had a great experience here. I feel secure and everyone has made me feel so welcomed. The office staff is always available and friendly and the maintanance crew is top notch!

Living at the Point Sienna or Ridge has been the most enjoyable experience as a senior citizen. There are many activities and things to do to keep the Senior’s busy. The staff is very helpful unavailable to meet your needs.

Life.Is wonderful here , so many things to do for me and my wife my wife loves the craft room. Playing cards and Domino's with all the women. She enjoy the cool and playing pool. She sits in the library and reads a book. If I have any problems in the apartment maintenance takes care of it.

We moved here from out of state a year ago . We love this place we decided to renew our lease again.The people are nice ,friendly and respectful. There is lots activity to do . And it’s very clean place over all .

I have said it several times I love to live here. It is friendly, very based on the people who are living here. I can get all the help I need, like something broke, the technical support is there almost immediately. If I need something or just like to see a person, because I am alone in this world, they are ready to talk to you, even if it is for 5 minutes. The people who are living here, are the same helpful and friendly. I just like it here and will stay as long as I can.

The community is excellent for easy access to retail. A Florida welcome center and bus transit is within walking distance to access additional Florida activities. The apartment living is acceptable for senior living, but requires additionally improvement for handicap building access and security gates/ building access doors. Some work around the complex enterences not secured. Gate is broken too often and door at enterence is broken and not fixed properly. Any one can enter.

When I selected TPSR I was excited. Now that I have lived here for the last six months my excitment has not been in vain. This is a safe, clean and happy enviroment. The vibe here is awesome. As with anything we do, changes and adjustments will happen. However, the staff and residents here make those adjustments fun and comfortable. TPSR is a great place to live!!!!

This is probably the best apartment complex I’ve ever had lived at! The neighbors are so warm and pleasant and the staff is best in the world I love on the way they treat me!! I am so Thrilled On living here! When I first moved here I was welcomed very warmly’! I hope can be a resident for a long time!! My other Apartments I ever lived at not even come close !!
