Aside from the thin walls I’m very pleased with my experience the staff is super nice and maintenance is pretty on top of everything I needed something fixed and they came that same day to fix it
So happy with our experience. Communication is amazing, maintenance is quick, neighbors always have smiling faces. So pleased! The whole move in process was quick and easy. And we can tell that the staff and residents take pride in this community.
My stay here has been great so far. The Staff is great and very friendly! I had one issue with Maintenance but overall it has been great! I will renew my lease again this upcoming year.

I am extremely happy with my decision to move to The Pointe at Concord. The community here is truly something special. The apartments themselves are fantastic, but what really sets this place apart are the incredible amenities. The dog park is a huge plus, offering a clean and well-maintained space for my furry friend to play and socialize. Beyond that, the pool, gym, and clubhouse are all top-notch. I've been able to take advantage of them regularly, and they've made a big difference in my daily routine. The management team also deserves a special shout-out. -The trash pickup is good but not great. If I have a lot of trash or larger trash I don't really have a place to leave it. There's not central trash drop-off for larger items. -They don't change the filters for the AC without a work order. That is insane. They should have put the door on the outside so they can change the filters and do maintenance. -Not having a balcony really sucks. No private outside area is really detrimental to mental health. -Mandatory fire inspections with no expectation of privacy and last minute with zero time ahead. (Got an email this morning claiming they sent one last week, they did not)

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for a while now, and I couldn't be happier! The management team is super friendly and always ready to help with any issues. The amenities are fantastic, with a well-maintained gym and a lovely pool area that’s perfect for relaxing on weekends. The community feels safe and welcoming, with plenty of friendly neighbors. Plus, the location is ideal, close to grocery stores and great restaurants. Overall, it’s a great place to call home!

This is a nice apartment complex but there are some things that are bothersome. The resident buildings are not kept very clean, and the pool and amenity areas are very small compared to how large the complex itself is. This has nothing to do with the complex, but I have had severe issues with amazon deliveries since I have moved here. The only other downside, which again has nothing to do with the complex itself, is the fact that there is virtually nothing to do outside of the complex. There are not any parks near by and you have to drive at least 30 minutes to get to a large retail space store not including the grocery store.

Would not recommend this facility. Paper thin walls & ceilings with very noisy neighbors. Expensive trash pickup, severely restricted on what will be picked up and somewhat intermittent service. Prior to living here, I had weekly trash pickup for a 4-bedroom house with more trash cans at about ¼ the cost. If I have to discard much of my own, I'd rather save the monthly fee and dump it myself. Super cheap appliances. Can live with clothes washer & drier, but dishwasher and refrigerator is a pain.

Easy application process, the staff is easy to work with, the apartments are beautiful! Had an issue with my heating and air the day I moved in the maintenance guys were on it and had it fixed in no time. 24 hour amenities which is awesome.

The office staff are all very kind and ready to help. Super easy to get ahold of when needed. Outside of the apartments are clean and so are the insides when first moving in. The area is peaceful and feels safe.

We have been here for 1 year and we really like it here. It right off of I-85 so that is very convenient. The schools here are excellent. The complex is overall really quiet. I do however wish that this place had a car care center to where you could hand wash your car and also to where you could do minor work on your car.

Friendly staff and for the most part quiet. I know it's hard to keep the grounds clean around the buildings and the hallways. Maybe a better plan to be honest I am not sure.

In general it is a good place to live. The apartments are sorely in need of some outside space like a balcony. So that's a big letdown. The air filters are not changed automatically, you have to call for them to do it. The water never gets hot enough for a bath so the bigger tub is pretty useless. I've come around on the Luxer system, I know it is not easy to have something relatively secure that works. Not being able to have a central place to bring my larger trash is not ideal. Sometimes I have things to get rid of that are big or I have a lot more trash than a bag or two. Overall it is just ok.

When we first moved in, we experienced a few maintenance issues. The complex was great dealing with our frustrations and understanding the inconvenience. Since then, we’ve had no issues and enjoyed our time. The amenities are great and we have enjoyed the pool and grill areas.

I love living at the Pointe at Concord , The staff is professional and courteous, the maintenance staff is prompt and the neighbors all are nice. The only thing that needs improvement is pet owners should pick up after their dogs [waste] so that everyone can enjoy the entire property, including the grassy areas.

Good place to live. First lease I was traveling every week so weekends it was nice. Now it’s just quiet and relaxing. It would be nice if people would pick up after their dogs because I feel like I can’t enjoy the grass at all.

Nice place to stay. The rent is a little higher than I would like but overall I enjoy staying here. They charge for a valet trash service that can be hit or niss at times.

Love my 2 bedroom apartment! It is super spacious inside. The maintenance team always is quick with completing any repairs I may need. My dog likes going to the pet park!

It's great living here! I love how friendly our neighbors are! The dog park is amazing. We're looking forward to the pool. Just wish there was less dog bombs (poop) in the grass!

Staff is very friendly, and resourceful, helpful. Good parking also. Convenient mail box, and drop off. Beautiful, and very spacious, clean club house.

I really love it here, everything feels modern, down to the rent and rewards systems, there's always community events or surveys to get a better idea of the people within the community. The amenities are kept up with and clean, the apartments themselves are very nice as well
