Known as the City of Progress, the affordable town of Enterprise continues to grow and progress as a residential area in southeast Alabama. With an abundance of small town charm and affordable houses and apartments, Enterprise is an ideal city for renters.
Casual dining options run far and wide in Enterprise, along with supermarkets, retailers, and necessary conveniences. Community parks and dog parks can be found around town as well! Playgrounds, ball fields, and walking trails are just a few of the recreational perks in this small community. With great public schools and the Enterprise State Community College, the city of Enterprise is an education hub for both Coffee and Dale Counties.
Enterprise even has its own unique history to share with its residents. The famous Boll Weevil Monument stands in the city as a reminder to the community of how Enterprise adjusted in the face of adversity after this agricultural pest ate the cotton crops.

Property Ratings at The Pointe at Camellia Commons
I really love my apartment. The folks here are wonderful. Not pleased with "gated community" as advertised. The gate was to be working at the end of March. It works, but is only closed on Saturday beginning at 4pm and all day Sunday? And to top it off everyone was given the same pass code? GATED and secure? No. Not pleased with management not following their own policies and procedures regarding access to the pool. With the gate open everyday except Saturday afternoon and Sundays the free loaders (non residents) are using the pool. I witnessed this personally. Non residents taking lounge chairs while residents sat on the concrete, music blaring, folks drinking beer in glass containers, women wearing bathing suits that left nothing to the imagination. All with management at the pool allowing this to happen. Not family friendly at all. By the late afternoon there must have been over 80 plus people partying in the pool area.
