I’ve had no issues living here and really enjoy it, the only complaint is the trash. It needs to be enforced to keep our neighborhood clean and nice looking.

Nice spacious apartments with a good layout. Friendly community, our neighbors have always been kind. Great walking path at Jackson State next to the apartment. The is a nice fire pit area at the front. The playground could use some TLC.

The units are spacious, neighbors are super friendly and considerate, I just recently moved in to my apartment and mostly definitely will be recommending any to move over here!

Y’all this apartment complex is very quiet and chill! Beautiful apartment layout and spacious! Ny only complaint is the gym not being fully functional but the leasing agent reassured me that it’ll be taken care of. She’s very helpful and as concerned about everything like we are. Makes it very comfortable to come talk to her about any worries!

Park trace is a very good quite place to live and they are very understanding I just love how they keep it so nice and clean and if you have any issues they are on it immediately I would recommend anybody to park trace such a lovely place.

Park trace is a wonderful community to live in to raise a family. It's a peaceful environment. Management is awesome. The neighbors are friendly. Everyone looks out for each other. It's very clean and neat on the outside. Even the grass is nice and neat. I would recommend anyone to live here. You will not be disappointed.
