Property Ratings at The Pointe Apartments
Poor space:price, quality:price, and amenities:price ratios. Outdated and poorly maintained. There are way better options around. No empathy for tenants during COVID. In addition, there is no minor amount of crime and delinquency within the apartment building.

I'm going into my 9th year living at this nice community and I would not want it any other way... The office staff is always nice and genuinely interested in everyone's well being, and the maintenance staff is always responsive to the resident's needs. In over 8+ years living here, I've never had any issues or complains. I enjoy the monthly social events that are planned for the residents, which is a great way to meet your neighbors and establish that sense of community that makes The Pointe a great place to live. -Signey Hernandez-

I am a current resident. My family and I have lived here since 2010. We left then can back to The Pointe. We love it here. We enjoy the events and the fitness center. I like the fact that it’s right off the highway. I highly recommend this place.
It is a great place to live. We have a lot of ammenities.
I live how friendly the staff is. They truly care about their residents and they show it. They do a fabulous job of making the apartments feel like a community with creative events like an annual luau, ice cream socials, wine tastings, you name it! It a fun, friendly environment for all ages. For apartments they have a wide range of types to fit all lifestyles and budgets.
They do not work with loyal tenants and try to force long term leases. Local office staff is great. Be prepared when it is time to move out... they will make it difficult! Consider Palatine locations, less $$!
I moved in a few months ago and I think this place is awesome! The best thing here is the fitness center, it has everything I need that i was able to cancel my gym membership. I had 1 thing break in my apartment and one guy came 2 hours after i called, Impressive. Highly recommended.
