If you want an exceptional place to live choose the Heights--management is responsive, maintenance is AWESOME, and my neighbors are truly neighborly. My apartment lay out is unique and visitors gush over it everytime. Finally, the location is prime with a Wegmans, Whole Foods, and Target nearly next door. Its truly a special place to live.

The Heights at Glen Mills is a lovely apartment community that is tucked back into a nice green, concealed area. It is close to great shops and restaurants which makes the location very convenient. The management works diligently to keep our community clean and safe. They are continually making enhancements to make it a warm and comfortable place to live. I would recommend it as a top choice in apartment living.
The Heights has been accomplishing a lot lately! Dog area, landscaping, cleanliness and individual maintenance requests seem to be improving. Personnel always polite and professional.

Heights at Glen Mills is really a beautiful property to live at. One of the best luxury communities Glen Mills has to offer honestly. If you combine that with it's close proximity to some of Delco's best shopping plaza's and grocery stores, you really need to search no further!

Overall I believe the community is good, it’s very beautiful and get many compliments from the people we have had to come visit. It’s mostly quiet and peaceful here. People keep to themselves and I would recommend someone stay here because it’s both quaint and secluded yet charming.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting a property managed by The Heights at Glenn Mills. I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with their services, as my entire tenancy was marred by numerous issues and a complete lack of professionalism and arrogance from the property manager. From the very beginning, communication with the property manager was abysmal. It took her days to respond to my initial inquiries, and once I signed the lease, their responsiveness plummeted even further. It was nearly impossible to reach her whenever I had questions or concerns regarding the property. The Only positive side I found about this property is assistant property manager, very professional, transparent and good behavior. Highly recommend if you are planning to lease here communicate with assistant property manager otherwise you will very disappointed.

I moved here 7 months ago and love it! My 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is the perfect size, and I have wonderful closet and storage space. In addition, I have a spacious, attached garage! As a senior living in an apartment for the first time, I couldn't be be happier!
This place feels like living in a resort. The previous reviews on here about the management don’t make sense to me. The staff is so kind and very prompt with requests. They recently hired more staff too. I’ve lived here 6 months and haven’t had a negative experience that wasn’t quickly resolved. It is very quiet, neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves, and I’ve always felt very safe. Only downside I can think of is that parking can be tough some times of day, but almost 90% of the time I can find a spot right outside my unit. This is a lovely place to live and I would recommend it to anyone!

When reading reviews on The Point in Glen Mills Pa, be sure to look at the date. The new management team (took over January 2019) is riding on the coattails of Bozzuto. This place is quickly going downhill. They are understaffed with maintenance. The management team (PANCO) are inept, rude and unprofessional. They are not taking the time to walk the property to check on potential issues. Instead they are relying on the residents to do so. Whenever there is an issue it takes weeks to resolve. This is my first apartment. I never realized how important the management team can be. My rent has gone up over 4%, while the service has gone down. Don’t be fooled by the prices on their site- if you plan on staying more than a year expect to pay a lot more. In addition, The previous management held monthly and holiday social events for residence. That’s gone. There’s no better way to say it, the price has gone up and the service has declined.
Used to be amazing when buzzotto managed it. Now it's quickly going down hill, from dog waste not being picked up to rude staff .... Many are moving out ... Including me. Quality is going down while pricing is going up. And no matter how many bad reviews are posted they mysteriously get removed lol
I have been in the states for past 7 years, finding the perfect apartment is harder than finding Mr right. In the past year, I lived in redstone, which I will say, the best apartment I have ever lived in the tri-state area. Staff here are actually doing their jobs, and care about their tenants. Sure the price is higher than average price in this neighborhood, but, definitely worth every penny of it!!

This is a brand new beautiful luxury apartment complex by Brandolini company and run by Bozzuto management. The property is absolutely stunning, as are the rooms. Granite counter tops, open floor plan, spacious bathrooms and closets, stunning gym, huge pool, bocce, putting green, grills and if you're moving in now it's never been used! They also allow pets! You can't beat that. Some downsides at the moment, however, are the constant noises of construction. They are building three more buildings so it's non-stop. To piggy back that, the hallways and room noise from surround tenants is unbelievable. We hear dogs barking on all floors, people walking above us, people talking next to us, movies from across the hall, music, you name it. We know that Sally across the hall is now dating Jimmy because we practically have them at our dinner table. They also have not finished the amenities. Which of course you must pay full price for when moving in. The only amenities open at the moment are the gym and the pool. They haven't worked on finishing the rest of them in weeks. My guess is they're trying to finish the buildings before the amenities, which is a real pain for those of us who are here now and want to use them. All in all its a wonderful property, with wonderful people. Obviously the construction and amenities will finally be complete. You will also be zoned for Garnet Valley Schools. I hear that's pretty sought after.
Relocating to Philly for a job and the staff was such a great help with the process!! I was able to do everything remotely, yet I was made to feel like I was there in-person with a full FaceTime tour of the property. The team at Redstone is very professional and dedicated to making you feel welcome.
