I had a terrible experience renting here.While the apartment itself is in decent condition, but nothing extraordinary compared to others at the price point, it was a terrible and painful experience to deal with management here. Management was very rude and condescending towards my boyfriend and I the whole time we were here. Some of our appliances, mainly our dishwasher, unfortunately did not work for the entirety of our stay and were never actually fixed. Additionally, Maintenance hung up on us, telling us that it is our problem when the dishwasher leaked onto the floor.

Our team works hard to always deliver quality service to all residents, and this situation was no exception.
I lived at The Point at 3 North for over two years. I loved living there. The pool, fitness center was something that I loved having. I will miss that. All in all it was a great experience. The Leasing office staff and Kristen were always on top of things and are extremely helpful and friendly. Very nice people to have a conversation with. Kristen the manager truly cares about the property and the residents. Also my experiences with Maintenance was great as well. The service manager came to my apartment a few times and was professional and very friendly. He made all repairs and always left the area clean. Now owning a home I can appreciate what maintenance did for us.
