Excellent place to live. Clean, safe environment. Nice pool and gym. Good location.
We live very comfortably, it is a quiet and safe place, they are always attentive to make sure it looks clean and in good condition, there are supermarkets nearby.

If you like getting your things stolen, loud neighbors, trash company emptying dumpsters at 5am, no maintenence, out dated appliances and management that cant do anything right then this is your place
run down. amenities are not working half the time. management terribly condescending and arrogant.
These apartments are very spacious. They also have extra storage outside which I loved. Really great for one person.
I love these apartments. For just being me, it is very spacious. My apartment is at the very back which I don't really care for, but besides that, I love the apartment and the area. Very family friendly.
I left shortly after they had gotten new management. The new management is very friendly and very helpful. They do their best to get things done as quick as possible. The maintenance personnel fix things as soon as possible and they do it the right way. I lived in a corporate apartment, and the cleaning ladies do a fantastic job of cleaning. They do a very thorough clean every single time. I absolutely loved this place. I would love to live here again. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
I had an apartment that was facing the redwood towers complex. Wish It could have faced a different direction, but I absolutely loved the apartment! Very spacious and it was right by the pool area. Loved using the grills that they provided and the staff is very friendly. The maintenance guys fixed any problems we had in a timely manner. If I ever move back to Joplin, I would rent from them again.
My family and I lived in one of the corporate apartments, we absolutely loved it! It had beautiful furniture, cable, wifi, and weekly cleaning service! Totally worth the price. Wish we still lived here!
It is a very nice apartment with very spacious bedrooms and a crystal clear swimming pool!!!! I love it!!!
