Dania Beach is directly south of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, and it borders the Anne Kolb Nature Center on the east side. Dania Beach Ocean Park provides exactly what you'd want in a tropical paradise: palm trees, white sand, and turquoise blue waves.
Since it once was part of neighboring Hollywood, today's Dania Beach is somewhat disjointed; it begins and stops in several places. But it basically begins along the Florida Turnpike and extends east to the Atlantic Ocean. Apartments in Dania Beach are ideal for anyone looking for that natural Florida feel -- the Dr. Von D Mizell-Eula Johnson State Park and the Anne Kolb Nature Center provide mangroves and natural beaches, complete with paddling trails and walking paths.

Property Ratings at The Place at Dania Beach
I have been here now for 4 years and most likely will be a 5th. During a large of portion of this time (especially first 3 years) there have been several issues along with many mgmt companies that have come and gone. However, the current mgmt company in place is really making a difference. The right changes are taking place. Both the property mgr - Alex and his colleague Azadam are great. They actively listen and I believe are doing everything they can to make living here much better.
Horrible, horrible place to live. The management makes up new rules every week, they are super rude to their tenants, and the entire complex smells like trash and smoke. EV charger never works, and you can’t walk your dog through the front door, you have to go through the garage.
We have been here for over a year and can't wait until we move! The first eleven months were at best "okay". Noisy neighbors, paper thin walls, and repeatedly charged additional fees without notice nor explanation. Pool malfunctioned and flooded apartments in September. Apartments are still not fixed (after being flooded again in November). Pool unavailable, yet ownership demands full rent payment. Owner refuses to reimburse tenants for out of pocket expenses due to their pool failure. The singular positive thing about this place is location. Trust me, rent elsewhere!
Great place to live property management Vanessa is amazing and knows hospitality ,I’ve been living here for 2 months everything perfect already .theres a rooftop pool and it’s always cleans,the maintainance People very reliable I give this place all five stars
I've been living here for 4 months now I love the place the staff is very friendly the amenities are amazing all the neighbors are friendly. We write bikes every morning to the beach which is only a 10-minute ride. Rooftop is incredible they have barbecues, also have the pool area, the view us amazing. 5 minutes from airport. 5 minutes from bank, publix and even a casino. The staff at Dania Beach throws partie for the residents to integrate us. the Halloween party was great, food, customes, dj. Christmas party also was amazing, fun for all of us. I I have nothing bad to say about the place at Dania Beach. I love living here !!!!!!

Yes building amenities were nice (pool table, gym, air hockey) however, the walls are thin as paper and neighbors can be heard with ease. They have a maintenance staff which is non existent, after being there for a few months and doing walk-through no one has come to fix any original problems listed. Pest control schedule is pretty on paper and that is about it, they never show up. Security is a false sense of cameras everywhere being monitored by a security staff compromised of imbeciles who watch TV on shift and listen to their favorite music. Highly advise on looking else where, the price is defiantly not worth the veil they try to sell you.
