Horrible management and policy changes

The management of this place is horrible. Be prepared to never have anyone over because your visitors will still get towed despite the parking pass on display. No work orders ever get attended to, and every time you remind the staff, the management seems to have an attitude.

Bad management

Don’t move here ! The property not well maintained and old. Literally the worst place to live in Channelside.

Best Place to live in Downtown!

The units are spacious with the balcony off of the main room, unlike so many other complexes. They have a great open floor plan. The size of the master bedroom easily fits a king bedroom suite and the closest is so large!! The walls between the units are concrete so it is solid and you don’t hear your neighbors. The views from the common areas are awesome and from many balconies as well. There is assigned secure garage parking. The concierge group, management and especially maintenance (Hugo) are great. If you have an issue it is usually addressed the same day. I looked at pretty much every apartment in downtown and this one was the best hands down.

Great Units - Bad Management

The units and floorplans in this building are great with really nice finishes. The gym and pool area are really nice and the views from the clubhouse are amazing. The clubhouse itself is fairly worn down and everything seems to need updating. Management in the building doesn't seem to know what they are doing and any requests take numerous follow ups and in person visits to get them resolved. They also don't clean the hallways and elevators very often. People seem to always let their pets go to the bathroom in the elevators or even the hallways and it will stay there for days until it is cleaned up or just becomes a permanent stain on the carpet.
