The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Pines
My apartment was robbed 2 times. The management said nothing. It’s not their responsibility. No cameras. Mold smell, roaches
Please. Please. Please. Do your research before you sign yourself up to receive eviction notices every month because you have to mail your rent in and it never gets to them on time so you have to pay late fees every month. And be in court every other month! And you better believe they’re gonna make you pay those court costs for going as well. The Leasing office never answers the phone! And the office is never open! Leave a voicemail your calls are never returned. They don’t update or communicate that they received the rent at all they just drop an eviction notice in your mailbox. And I’m not understanding if you can drop off an eviction notice we should be able to drop our rent at the leasing office so it could be paid and on time!
Really terrible place. The Manager ignoring, maintenance can’t fix nothing. In the summer time AC doesn’t work. In winter time Heat blowing cool air and u have to live in cold apartment with your family.
This place has been a nightmare. Please save yourself the trouble and move to an apartment complex where management respects the residents. I have had countless issues in my apartment and it takes months to have anyone follow up with me on the problems. It took 6 months to have a hole in my ceiling fixed and it was from the above resident's leaky air conditioner. I am moving out end of the month and am current packing in an 80° apartment because my own air conditioning broke and it takes them weeks to get to an issue. The actual apartment itself is nice enough but the management is terrible and the new lady right now (Jana) has yet to be to any appointment on time that all. This morning my faucet water ran black so I called in to have it fixed with no follow up (they provide water service here). I stopped by and the door said they were open so I tried the handle and it was locked. So I knocked and waited and no one came to the door. I knocked again and Jana screamed at me from the inside of the apartment to stop knocking. She came to the door and screamed at me again that knocking once was enough. I tried to explain that the sign said 'open' and that I didn't hear that she had responded to the first knock and she just snarled at me asking what I wanted. I told her about the water and she responded that there is nothing they can do about it today and slammed the door in my face. She has been the 5th manager that has worked here in the 14 months I've been a resident. Don't live here, it is awful and they are super disrespectful. The direct manager for the complex is the only one you can get to...even though there is a mysterious office PO box and payroll place that also works for the company, there is no one else to speak with besides the main manager. I 100% stand behind this review and am so disappointed in how my stay turned out. Do yourself a favor and live in a different complex. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
The review about not answering the phone is true. If I could give this complex a big fat O I would. I moved in years ago. This place have gotten worse. You raise the rent and service are very poor at The Pines. Beware do not move here. Old appliances, cheap blinds, heat is not truly included, power goes out every month, inexperience help, just trying to save a dollar. Oh, I forgot lack of cleaning.
This place must have 100% occupancy , No one never answers the phone. Glad I’m not A tenant with an emergency
I lived at the Pines Apts for 2 years. I only left for reasons involving my personal family situations. While living there on the 3rd floor the neighbors were friendly and quiet. The grounds were kept plowed in winter. The maintenance man was so nice and did a good job. However as i was moving out a new young guy took over. (I dont know if he retired). The apartment itself was very spacious. We had a 2 bedroom and there was tons of storage again i wish i could have kept that place. Heat and water were included which was a plus. They had laundry facilities but not inside your apt. The cons were that our living room floor sunk in in one particular spot but they said they could not fix it until we or our neighbor down stairs moved out. We just kept a piece of furniture over it. I wish they would have discounted our rent for that. Bugs here were these small slow moving water bug type looking insects. Id see one like youd see an occasional spider at any other apt. But I was happy to have them instead of spiders. They seem to come out more in the summer when we had our ac blasting but they moved so slow they were easy to kill. And this particular apt's balcony had bees flying around every so often. They sprayed but our balcony was next to budding trees so there wasnt too much they could do. I thought if i had plants on my balcony it would have worked out. Living there for 2 years only 2 bees actually got inside. They unfortunately don't allow pets. And if you have two cars you only get 1 car port. You cant even pay extra for another. I moved out May 2015 so i dont know if anything has changed since then. Overall i reccommend living there.
The pines apartments is a small quiet complex with very friendly staff.
