The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Pines at Rapid
Management had just changed so we had to deliver checks to their office for rent payment and despite following the directions that they gave us and turning it on time they still hit us with a late fee and demand we pay it because of a clerical error even though the problem was cleared up.

So far I am enjoying my new apartment at Pines. The ceilings are high, bedrooms are spacious, and appliances are updated. Also, the property manager has done such a great job with me transitioning from out of state. From the zoom video call walk thru all the way to obtaining the keys. Nice leadership structure so far.
Our apartment at The Pines is very comfortable and the bedrooms are very spacious! We love our balcony and being on the third floor we are really enjoying our view. We have only been here a little under one month but we have been very happy, especially with dealing with the manager, Dawn. She has been so helpful from the minute we requested information about the apartments to moving in and during our first few weeks here. She is very available and willing to help or answer any questions we have had and that really helps with being new to apartment living!
Staff very available, first floor living makes pet care simple. Nice grill and outdoor area.
A seamless search for my new home at The Pines using this app. If you’re looking for a dog friendly atmosphere this is it. When you move from a 4 bedroom home to a 2 bedroom apartment you worry a bit about this new downsized life. Leaving behind my gardens was rough going. Well 2 weeks have gone by and LuLu & I have found our niche here. And my balcony garden is blooming.
I've lived at the Pines since right after they initially opened. My apartment is almost literally falling apart (drywall cracking in both bedrooms and in the den/living room area) and I've had more maintenance issues here than I've ever had anywhere else I've lived. My master bedroom is drafty and cold, probably due to the cracks in the drywall joints, but the maintenance guy just put a sheet of plastic over the window and called it good. (It's not - it's still cold by the window in that room - and nowhere else in the apartment is like that.) I was happy with the management initially but the company switched over to Core Living in the last year and everything's gone downhill since then. Most recently, they pulled a bait and switch on me with included utilities in my rent...for the first two years, the water/sewage/trash was included. But after hiking my rent on my most recent renewal, I also found out the hard way that they are no longer including those expenses...when I got a bill in my mailbox due the VERY SAME DAY. And when I went to the front office to find out what the deal was, I was told "oh, that's wrong, you should still have that included in your rent," but I was suspicious and re-checked my lease...only to find out that they did, indeed, remove that from the lease renewal. This apartment complex is far too expensive for what you get. Expect constant maintenance issues and poor management. For them to still be charging a premium price is a joke. People are moving out left and right from what we've seen!
