I’ve really enjoyed living here. It’s a great place, especially for college students. It’s super convenient being around people my age with similar schedules and lifestyles. Overall, the community vibe is great and the location works well for student life. That said, I do want to bring up a few things that could use attention. Some amenities have been out of order for over a year now, and the pools unfortunately haven’t been maintained — they’re pretty gross at the moment. The floors in the common areas also really need to be cleaned. With school starting soon and everyone moving back in, it would be awesome to have everything up and running and looking good again. We do pay a good amount to live here, and I think most of us just want to see the space taken care of properly. It’s a great place with so much potential — a little maintenance and care would go a long way!

The place is nice enough for student living and I think the roommate matching works very well. My biggest complaint is that there is no guest parking so you can never have people visit and stay with you cause there car will get towed. Also the pool will be closed at random times with no warnings and trash sometimes won’t be picked up regularly. Love living here but for the price I pay I should have working amenities at all times and guest parking.

I enjoyed living here. The only problem is the bugs and cleanliness. The halls towards the end of the year were really gross with all the trash stains. Along with a roach problem we had at one point. Besides that it wasn’t a bad place to live

My ac has been broken for months. Being able to walk to class is nice and the pool is nice. Due to the broken ac, it is not only extremely hot in here I also have to clean my flooding kitchen and pay an outrageous utility bill.

My actual apartment is nice and it's felt like home, but there's too many little things that have added up for me to continue living here. My AC unit froze over a few times despite me never touching it. People have banged on my door in the middle of the night multiple nights in a row. Someone wrote a slur on the hood of my car in the pollen. I promise I haven't interacted with anyone here negatively to warrant that; I'm cool with everyone I've met and seen around. The maintenance people are really great and very kind, that was definitely a positive. I always followed the rules for the trash pick-up but there have been several times where they just either skipped me or my entire floor with no notification of why. It's usually pretty messy outside and people don't pick up after their dogs. My dog and I have almost been flattened by people speeding through the parking lot. The walls are also very very thin. The appliances weren't in good shape when I moved in either.

This was the worst roommate ever. Very inconsiderate. Never cleaned. Always yelling in the house arguing with her boyfriend. Neglects cat. Overstocks refrigerator with just their stuff and leaves little room.

They promise the world but in reality it’s not a gated community. The hot tub never works. The management is horrible. And they have refused to issue me a parking pass for 8 months despite having 30+ open parking spaces every night resulting in a 300$ tow. Parking is based on when you sign which is why it is so important to ensure you sign early to receive items such as this. I do apologize if we made it unclear that the hot tub has been operational and we would love for you to experience the improvements.
I love it here. Sometimes it’s a little loud and I think there is quiet hours. Everything else though has been good but I just wish they’d fix the hot tub.

5-Star Review: The Pier is a College Student’s Dream! Living at The Pier has been amazing as a college student. The apartments are modern and spacious, with killer views that make studying (or procrastinating) way better. The amenities are top-notch—I love the fitness center, pool, and coworking spaces for getting work done. The location is perfect, close to campus and surrounded by great spots to eat and hang out. Plus, the staff is super friendly and always quick to help. The Pier has made my college life so much easier and more fun. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Super close to campus and the pool and gym are great amenities. Study rooms and parking are also super nice. Own bathroom is the best part probably. Pretty spacious room with big kitchen and own balcony!

Nice and quiet, wish they would’ve gotten the hot tub fixed though. Stairs are killer if you don’t live on 1st or 3rd floor, because there’s no elevator. Staff is very nice and friendly.

I haven’t moved in yet but the staff has been very much helpful. I love the surrounding amenities. It’s in a good location beneficial for lots of things. I think the best feature is the turf behind the gym

Good sleek and simple apartment and nice pool complex. Only complaint is that there were bugs when I moved in and the pool gate seems to be locked often. The office is pretty good with packages too

The Pier on 544 in Conway offers an array of great amenities including- but not limited to- a pool and gym while simultaneously providing spacious living with different options of floorplans and number of roommates. To top it off this place is pet friendly!

The place seems nice and quiet, staff is phenomenal when it comes to working with you. Amenities are amazing and definitely worth it to use. Parking is the only problem. If you don't have a parking decal, you have to walk to the apartments from wherever you were able to park your car. Other than that, experience here has been great.

the pier is an amazing place to live. The amenities at the location are great to use. I spend the majority of my time in the clubhouse using the study rooms for my school work. The staff is unbelievably friendly and so very helpful

The property is nice, but management is horrible!! Any problems you encounter, they aren’t any help! There are often NO parking spots at the end of the night and you’ll be towed for parking on a curb, in handicap, etc., so you have to park AT A BAR DOWN THE STREET! Hate often doesn’t work, and some of the staff are rude.

Our daughter stays here. She works late and the parking situation has her parking 2 blocks away after working late and walking back to the apartment ALONE since there are no parking spots. They charge each of the 4 residents an extra $15 a month to empty trash with ridiculous conditions which NONE of were mentioned when signing the lease. They did a lousy job of pairing her with other roommates. The three girls she shares an apartment with were all friends and roomed together before. So they just put her in there to fill the spot. They are all 3 entitled spoiled kids and trash the place. Eat her food and party loud every night. Strongly encourage you reconsider as it’s not worth it if you care about your kids. I could go on. But bottom line. Look else where.

We understand that these challenges made the living situation unacceptable. We take all these concerns seriously. Based directly on feedback like yours, we have since implemented a new parking solution and permit system designed to ensure that all residents paying for parking can reliably find a spot in the community. Furthermore, we have dramatically improved our roommate matching process by implementing RoomSync, which allows future residents to choose their own roommate prior to move-in and find someone they feel most connected to. We chose this complex for our daughter thinking it would be the safest choice. It is not, therefore, the higher costs are not worth it. We are looking for another place for next year. Each resident is NOT guaranteed a parking spot. They are having to park a long way away and walk-crossing the busy highway in the dark and exposing them to a variety of dangers. It was clean, the layout is great, and the amenities (mostly unused) appear to be nice. But the gate is always open, the towing and parking situation is nuts, and it always smells of marijuana in the hallways.

Based on feedback like yours, we have since implemented a new parking solution and permit system designed to ensure that all residents paying for parking can reliably find a spot in the community, eliminating the need to park far away. To address late-night issues, we also have an on-site Courtesy Officer available for residents to call after hours. The amenities of the pier are absolutely amazing. Everything being brand new is such a plus because you know it will be super clean. You cant beat the outdoor features from the grilling spaces to the pool there is so much to love about everything the pier has to offer!

The pier already feels like home and it isn’t even completely built yet. The staff is so helpful and friendly constantly. I love all the events and outreach they do and how quickly they have made themselves prominent in the coastal community. I am counting down the days until I can move in!

I am beyond excited to be living at the pier! I signed to live here all the way back in November of 2019, and I have been looking forward to living here ever since.
