Plus, you'll find the newly renovated Pompano Pier and Beach Walk just blocks away. The newly revitalized downtown, with supermarkets, shops and more dining is just a mile away. I95 is just six miles to the west. Major shopping centers are just three miles away. This barrier island property sits right next door to the Sea Gardens Wyhdam and across from some of the widest, white sand, cleanest and most beautiful beaches in all of Florida. To the west, just one block away, is the Intercoastal waterway, giving you breezes from the east and west. We have seasonal guests who have returned to us every year since we've owned the property.
