Renter beware. Extremely low quality renovation of old damaged building. Many pest issues, unrenovated sections of building still harboring pests, asbestos, pigeons and wild animals even. Worst of all is the management. Unliveable conditions in some units take forever to get fixed. Do not believe everything you are told on the tour.
