I’ve been here for 3 years now and this is the first time the gate is working on a consistent basis. Applaud to Tracy and get staff for the-amazing job they are doing. I love this place. That’s why I haven’t moved yet. The rooms are so spacious I love it. Thank you ladies!!!!

I rented a 2 bedroom condo with VRBO from Jan 2 to Jan 23, 2022. At 3880 apt. 304. I've never seen a dirty condo like this. full of dust all over the house, on the baseboards and moldings. The ventilation systems were very dirty. The walls of the rooms had holes. When we arrived there were fries under a bed. The keys did not work to open the pool barrier. The carpet in both rooms was full of dust and white powder. This condo has never been washed and painted. There was a lot of cooking equipment missing. The dryer hose was broken, so the humidity remained in the condo. I do not recommend that you NEVER rent from this location.

Overpriced trash! It’s been under 3-4 different management for the past 5 years and none of them realize no matter what you do you can’t change the fact it’s in the ghetto on a noisy intersection with sirens going off all night

They are unprofessional and corporate is no better. Please DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have a brother that has been living there less then a month and all they have fed him has been lies, he’s been taking showers with cold water for 13 days and corporate told him that he has a 30 day cancellation and to be out by Friday since he’s already been in there for 3 weeks instead of taking care of the customer. DO NOT MOVE HERE, the inside of the apartment is ok but the the customer service and management is absolutely horrible!

DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE LEASING OFFICE TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE IS HORRIBLE! THEY LIE, MISCOMMUNICATE, AND DO NOT COMPENSATE WHEN THEY INCONVENIENCE YOU. I have been living without hot water for 2 weeks and I was told “I could cancel within 30 days but I’m 1 week from making 30 days, I would have to be out my Friday....... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE, I would never recommend this place to a homeless person!
They force you to pay 50 dollars to buy a cheap hub from them to open your door to gym and gate. If you need another, you have to pay 50 dollars more. Then the gates break and the hubs don't work. This happens monthly. You have to go back in office and ask them to give you another hub. Then same problem next week.
id give it 0 out of 5 if I had to. ive been here since 2014 and I cant wait till my bloody lease is up! this place gets worse and worse and I do not! recommend anyone living here nor giving it a try. This is by far the worse place I have ever lived in, they are scams and money hungry and are not lenient. This place is not safe at all surrounded in a dangerous neighborhood and my car was stolen twice behind the gate, inside the facility and staff was not helpful at all. As for parking its pointless majority of the times as people in the area come and park in our facility, even if you pay for parking it's pointless and doesnt help. if you are late do to any emergency or bank related after the 3rd of every month then you cannot use your routing number to pay which will charge a 3.1% fee on top of the rent so the more you pay the larger your fee is and they do not accept any other payment. garbage stinks and depending on where you live garbage can be quit a walking distance. and if you use the garbage bin outside the apartment they'll find away to make you pay extra on top of what your paying for garbage. Utilities you also pay for electric and water. maintenance sucks and if your toilet leaks and is costing you lots of money either higher a plumber or wait a few months till they get it right. I've lived in a few apartments here and if you choose to ignore and still rent a place do not get the ones on the 3rd floor/ last floor, as it gets really hot from the sun and you will need to keep the ac on during the day which means more money on electricity. The pool is very dirty majority of the time as people outside if the facility come and swim/ pee in the water. The staff gets worse and worse and more useless and helpless. Luxury? nope place is garbage. better off looking elsewhere for a cleaner safer environment that's worth the rent and isn't money hungry
Horrible since Carroll Management took over!!! The customer service is HORRENDOUS. False promises are made, and the staff in the office are so miserable all the time. Property is always dirty, common areas are not secure and people who don't live here use the facilities. There is hardly any security here and the area is not the greatest. The only plus side is that the maintenance staff is friendly and helpful.
This apartment complex is about average. There is nothing extremely wrong with it. I don't like paying for trash every month when I can walk five minutes and throw my own trash away. The people that work in the office are very friendly. The cameras, however, seem to never work on the property. I went to ask to see them because my car was damaged overnight and the reply was that they seemed to not be working that evening. Besides that, I really like this complex. It is nice for the price you pay. It is a little far from downtown las olas but only about two miles from I-95.
