Maintenance Request I had a couple of minor things that I couldn’t figure out once we moved in and called the office and within an hour, maintenance. Was there to show me how to do something. I’m very impressed with the way they handle maintenance request so far.

The Peak was amazing

My wife and I lived at the Peak at Sonoma for 2 years, we moved in when the apartments were first built! We have enjoyed every minute of our experience at the Peak! From the location of the complex, the amenities, safety of being able to walk our dog late at night due to well lit complex, and the overall Peak community! It is the little things for me that make a difference! From the leasing agents, to the property manager, even shoutout to the maintenance team; when a concern, service ticket, question would come up, the communication was responded to quickly, I mean within minutes! That is what separates this complex from others! Thank you Peak team. My wife and I were sad to leave! It has been great to see the complex grow over the 2 years we were there!

Really Nice Apts I have been searching for a while and have toured many apartments in the KC metro. These are some of the nicest apartments I have seen. The amenities and complex itself are also very nice and well maintained. The location is very good and near everything you need. Lastly a shout out to Denise who was very helpful and responsive.

Used to be the Peak, should be called the fall off now

Have lived at the Peak for a year now, and it was amazing in the beginning. Now that it seems to be under different management, I would give it negative 10 stars if it were possible. We just “upgraded” units into a different building since rent was being raised in our current apartment in the first place, and we moved into a unit that was trashed with several broken cabinets, drawers, etc. There were also several spots that received touch up paint with an entirely different color, and on some spots there are multiple colors! We are now paying more in rent to live in a unit that isn’t nearly as well kept as our previous, and we have been told that there is not much that can be done to fix these mistakes as “they don’t offer the same color of paint to match to old cabinets anymore.” If you’re considering the Peak, I would recommend going to see your actual unit before signing a lease to live in a “luxury” apartment that will tolerate this poor of quality in their units. It seems to be the luck of the draw of what hand you get dealt from the previous tenants, just make sure you know what situation you’re going to be paying for!

Broken Cabinet Door Fixed In less than 24 hours after I submitted a request to have my broken bathroom cabinet door fixed, the guys were out to my place to take a look. They left and shortly came back with a brand new cabinet door. It was replaced in no time. I'm very appreciative of the Peak service team, they were expedient and professional, and very personable as well. Great job guys!

Love this place! Carson has been great since the time we first met her on our tour a few months ago! The complex is beautiful. Very spacious and modern units. We love the dog park and spa for our pups and the walking paths we can take them on daily. Super green grass and multiple fountains for scenic walks. The pool and clubhouse is STUNNING. Move in process was smooth and easy. Our unit is better than we could have expected and we have a great view from our patio. Prime location with so many cool places to eat/drink nearby and easy highway access! Looking forward to making more memories in our new home! 10/10 experience, we love it here already!

Simple and Easy Move-in

Everything was pretty simple. I only gave 4 stars because I got an attached garage and the garage door opener and code for the number pad weren't ready when I moved in, so I had to go back a couple of days later to get it.

Wonderful

We toured the Peaks with Desmond. He is very attentive and really listened to what we were searching for in an apartment. The Peaks hopefully will become our new home. Wonderful patios and amenities. Can't beat the amount of light from the windows. The buildings are very clean. The front office folks always smile when we walk in with additional questions. We can't wait to be apart of this community.
