Looking to move has been overwhelming at times. I spoke to the property manager at this property, and she was very helpful and insightful and was able to answer all my questions. I love the location of the property and seems like a quiet area.

Hi there, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience!
Management has always been poor and since they were bought out by Towne Properties it’s only gotten worse. If the resident portal isn’t down then they aren’t responding to emails. Half the time the office is empty even when it’s during listed open hours. They refused to give back my pet deposit that was specifically listed as REFUNDABLE, and said that because they consider it a fee they won’t give it back. They give no updates on office hours during holidays, and don’t follow through with information. Communication is nonexistent, even when opening a special inquiry through accounting for my deposit. Outrageous prices for outdated and subpar housing. Some of the big entrance windows are even replaced with thin plexiglass and not sealed. It took them weeks to install two exterior doors and put doorknobs in. I can’t possibly say enough on how disappointing and frustrating living here was. It’s one of the cheapest in the area for a reason. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Near hospital, expressway, food and shopping! The updates are so impressing !!!
