The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Patrician at 444
The staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful. I've had zero problems since I moved in. Neighbors are friendly too. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
This neighborhood could be so much better. Whatever agent they use to kill insects is very potent and works unfortunately I'm not sure if they use anything to prevent the bugs so be prepared to find dead bugs year round all throughout your place. The front office staff (one in particular) can be a little rude sometimes and when complained to the property manager she chuckled. Complained about the growing number of stray cats and they told me the cats are needed to keep mice out the buildings and I feel that is their responsibility not the cats. Plus most ppl in the neighborhood feed these cats so they aren't working for food anyway. And if something is wrong be prepared to wait and ask repeatedly for a repair. Either they have poor communication or maintenance does their own thing. Third time I've called repeatedly due to the office hanging up or somehow disconnecting on two different occasions. Maintenance never showed up. I will never recommend this community and I cannot wait until this lease is up. I never thought I would give any place a bad review but I have absolutely had it with this place.
We are enjoying living here because the area is convient the grounds are well kept and the quick response to any problem is amazing. Our apartment is large enough ,but not overly big when time to clean. We are on the bottom floor but have no complaint about any noise from upstairs. Glad we chose this complex to call home.
Pros: Forest Pointe is located close to everything, shopping, hospitals, downtown. Grounds are well kept(if you don't mind all the cats), as are the apartments themselves. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly and efficiently. Staff are friendly and professional. Cons: The apartments seem a little small for the rent, and the new management has cut back on the "community" programs(holiday parties, deals with local merchants...) On the whole, its a nice place to live.
