I am loving my new home. Mara was excellent when we arrived asking for information. I love this community and hope to make great memories. I love how spacious my apartment is and the lighting in. We just moved in - Was surprised to learn there is no pest control on the inside of the apartment even after a move out from the previous tenants - We did find live as well as dead roaches. Still waiting for someone to fix the installation of the new dryer, It is too tall and does not fit under the shelf so you cannot do laundry without putting the clothes into the dryer without having to step out of the laundry room and reaching in - DOORS do not open - not enough space.

Pros: Complex Manager is doing a good job. Enforces the rules. Cons: Maintenance, although usually responsive, took over a month to address HVAC issue. The unit was unresponsive to thermostat, and therefore would run continuously. This increased our most recent electric bill by $150. Another issue is the kids riding battery operated scooters and bicycles on the side walks. Very young kids going very fast and often out of control. They are going to run into someone and injure them. We should be able to walk safely on the sidewalks.

Been here for over 5 years, and there have been 3 different owners, 3 different property managers. Parking is horrible, Gates always broke, and rent it high with very little amenities to offer.

The parking is crazy, and neighbors have a lot of traffic in and out. The location is convenient. Front office staff is getting better. Pools are not kid friendly.

This is the second time in my life living in a apartment first time at 18 this one 70 years old and I always owned a house but I must say I am very happy here as well as my beautiful dog it feels very safe and very very well kept up with maintenance only a phone call or office visit away and the office staff highly attentive to your needs or questions even the manager Kathy! Boy did I pick the right place to live after selling my home to scale down! Thank you at the parkway at hunters creek!

The Parkway apartments have been very disappointing to live in. Something is always breaking down or falling apart and the maintenance team does not fix anything properly, they don't even arrive quick enough to resolve a maintenance request. I had trouble with my AC unit for about 2-3 weeks and each time the maintenance team came they would put a temporary fix to it and the AC would just stop working again. With doing all that, they've made my utility bill go up in price. Some of the office staff seem to not even care about their tenants. My family has been living at the Parkway for 3 years and are seriously considering not renewing or lease. Very disappointing.

I love my community home. Is it perfect? No but it’s like a diverse family unit. Nothing happens that we cannot discuss and resolved calmly and with respect. From the maintenance staff to the office staff, we couldn’t ask for a better team.

We have 3 amenities pool, gym & dog park. I don't use the gym. First is the pool, there has been non-stop gate issues, pump issues, and it seems to be closed more than it's open. Now, I'm down to 1 amenity, the dog park which is not little dog friendly. I have submitted a few tickets and asked in the office to fix it to where it is small dog friendly. It would take two boards, but it has never been fixed. Next is the gates into the complex. The gates don't function properly half the time which means they are left open. With this and some of the tenants that live here now compared to previously I no longer feel safe. I am a good tenant. I pay my rent on time and would pay early if the app would allow it. I don't cause trouble and I take care of my apartment. But the community is going in the wrong direction and I don't think I will be renewing my lease when it is up. Something needs done, you have lost some good people already and will be losing more.
