The Parks of Belleville

I lived at The Parks of Belleville for 2 years and had a really nice time living there. It's a friendly community and I always felt safe, which is something that's very important to me. Terri, the community manager, is an absolutely wonderful person and made the whole experience even better by how much she cares about the people who live there. Maintenance was always speedy and kind. It's a pretty good location too, with a lot of stuff a short drive away. All in all, I'd absolutely recommend The Parks to anyone!

We loved The Parks of Belleville. Terri, the property manager, was fantastic and accommodating. The apartment had thick walls and was very quiet. I rarely heard my neighbors. Maintenance was also quick on repairs. We moved into this apartment sight unseen because it was in the middle of the pandemic, and we were pleasantly surprised. The only thing we we didn't know prior to moving in and were disappointed in was that there was no central AC, only a wall unit. We were on the third floor so it did get pretty hot, but we purchased a portable AC unit which helped a lot. That was literally our only complaint, which I feel is hard to come by for a reasonably priced apartment complex.

The Parks is a wonderful complex. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and on top of things. They do a great job at keeping the property clean and taken care of inside and out. I have lived in 4 other apartments in the Ann Arbor area and by far this is the best I have found. I feel safe here. Friendly and respectful residents. Pretty quiet overall.

I have loved living at The Parks. I have wonderful neighbors! The management is wonderful! They keep everything clean and neat, they stay on top of any issues, and they put their residents safety first. I have never had a maintenance request last longer than 24 hrs. The main Manager is always available, and even when she is ‘not working’ she is working, to help in a pinch, clean up a mess or make something beautiful. I really have loved my time living here.

The Parks is really great for coming quickly for maintenance. I requested a work order and they usually come same day. Today, Jeff knew what was wrong before I even told him and he had it done in a quick 15 minutes. Plus, he didn't make me feel bad for clogging the sink!! Thanks Parks of Belleville for fast service and repair when I need it.

Loved Loved Loved the view from all of our windows. We were in the back facing the large tree in the center of the hill. Loved going out when it was warm and using the grills to cook with our friends. They should really level the tables again though, hard to eat with all the food sliding off all of them. The pool was great! Also loved being so close to the Chinese restaurant down the road, DEFINETLY grab something from there if you haven't yet. Great studying comfort food. I miss it greatly. Great location close to EMU where I was finishing up school before COVID hit, I think it was only two or three exits away. Close to shopping Belleville area and down the road from where I worked in Canton. When I was bored I would just drive down to the Target there, grab a Starbucks and walk around for a few hours there and in the shopping area. Made many friends with the cats at Petco. Okay, so living here. Right. Great layout first of all, love being able to see into the living room from the kitchen. Great windows and natural light. Main bedroom had so much room, we fit a drafting table and a huge Ikea desk in there along with a queen bed and a few small bookshelves and a tall cat tree by the window. Loved the closet space. Great flow between all the rooms. Things I did not like... kitchen was pretty small, wish there was just one more counterspace. Dishwasher never worked the best. Bathroom was extremely small but at least it had linen storage, did not like that there was no sink in it and it was in the hallway. Make sure to clean that door handle a lot. Air conditioning in the summer NEVER reached the main bedroom, it was always WAY too warm. Even had a few box fans in the window. Place I live in now has central air and I am so happy. Issues with complex other than our little apartment. Hot water seemed to be out for a day or two every month for some reason. Not sure if complex owner is just making cheap fixes instead of redoing whatever was going on. Power went out a lot during storms, but the energy company was to blame, did not like them. In summary! Pros - outside nature spaces - proximity to Belleville, EMU, Canton, and Ann Arbor - lots of natural light - GREAT manager and assistants in the office, they were all amazing, remembered our faces and names from just meeting a few times - maintenance was also great, fast and so nice as well Cons - small kitchen - small bathroom - hot water seemed to always be out - horrible air conditioning

I lived here for two years and I would have stayed longer had I not bought a house. Terri is very communicative and responds to any issues that come up promptly. At one point, during some big rain storms, I had trouble with my windows leaking. They not only responded quickly, but they also did a free carpet cleaning just in case any water had gotten onto the carpet. They are older apartments, so definitely stay on top of any issues and alert them right away so that it can get taken care of. With good communication between everyone, it really was a fantastic experience! I also really liked the amount of space for the price; you really can't beat it in that area!!

I’ve lived in a few apartment complexes and this one beats them all! Spacious apartments, beautiful outdoor space/pool area and Terri and the maintenance team are on it. Maintenance requests were always taken care of quickly. Also the complex and laundry area are very clean.

Terri, the newest manager for my apartment complex is amazing. She is very friendly and professional. She gets her job done at a fast pace. For example, she got the work orders done really quick. We don't have to wait on them for a long time. She is also cleaning the place up really nicely. It looks better than before and it has come a long way from where it used to be. She also answers any questions that you may have without a problem and she gets back to you in a timely manner. She is awesome and I'm glad she is the manager for where I live.

So happy I picked this complex to live in. Apartments are spacious and clean. Landscaping and pool are well kept and the large green space in the back is perfect for our pup. Terri always does a great job answering questions and quickly dispatching maintenance for any repairs. Very quiet and safe as well.

I can not say enough positive things about the Parks of Belleville!!! The front office staff is phenomenal, always greeting you with a smile and graciously answering any questions you may have. I had a few minor repairs done to my apartment (just a new bathroom door knob, etc) and the maintenance team came and repaired everything correctly in less than one day! The neighbors are friendly, the prices are great, and the apartment itself is clean, spacious, and homey. The complex is VERY safe. The bright lights at night are another added bonus and as a woman I have not once felt unsafe walking alone to my apartment from my car. I am so happy that I am able to call this place my home!

This is my first time renting an apartment and I could not have picked a better place. I moved out of state and had no idea where to begin looking and Terri in the leasing office has been the biggest help. The apartment complex is clean, safe, and well maintained. By far the best part of living here is access to the amazing and friendly staff. Checked out other places in surrounding areas but definitely nothing could compare after stopping by The Parks Of Belleville. I highly recommend you add it to your list.

Really good value for your money. Cozy common area, clean fitness and recreation facilities, well-kept pool. Incredibly quiet in hallways with well-lit parking. Within 30 minutes of downtown Detroit and 15 minutes to Ann Arbor or Novi. Very responsive staff. Terri went above and beyond multiple times. Definitely a good move here. Keep up the good work guys.

I’ve almost lived here a year and I haven’t had one bad experience! If something needs fixed they fix it the same day, and the management team is amazing! Leona is compassionate and caring with her tenants and I’m so happy I decided to move in here!

I been living int this apartment for almost a year, this is my last month here never come back not because of inside the apartment and how clean are they, because of the management and how they talk to the customer that paying money and they deserve an excellence customer service, i been having a lot of attitude lately from them i think because i was question them about my water bill, because i been getting crazy bill that i don't deserve, they say at the beginning we are charging you base on how many people lives in the apartment i said okay, last month when i ask them again why i keep getting higher bill they say oh we do it that way, every person that lives in the complex we get the total of the money that they spent and divide it by how many people, i think that is not fair for some people because they get punished for something that don't spend. also when i told her show me on the contract that you pay water base at how many people lives in the complex and divide it between us she couldn't find it. when you talk and have question about something, you are not welcome anymore, that's what one of the manager said, i don't care, this is your last month i m done with you?? I don't think this is how customer should be treated at all

The parks of Belleville is awesome. I have been there almost 4 months now and they have treated us great. The space in the apartment is great the neighbors are very friendly and i love the access I have to get to the pool and to the bbq area :) It is amazing. I lived in another apartment complex before and they have nothing on The parks of Belleville. The staff is great, the payments for rent are very easy and affordable. The staff helps you with anything you need when you need it. Double thumbs up for sure!!!!!

My mom and I are so excited to move into our new home! It's so beautiful, it has an lovely view from the balcony, and the ladies in the leasing office were brilliant. We looked all over the area and they were the friendliest and helped answer any and all questions we had. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, I love it!
