Property Ratings at The Parks at Marietta Apartments
This place is awful. The apartment manager is never in the office. They just turn your water off at any given moment. The maintenance man doesn't do much of anything. The groundskeepers don't know what cleanliness is. The only good thing about Woodcrest apartments is the rent which is 510$ a month.
It is a mess over here. The apartment complex is ancient and they still haven't fixed it. It is only good for me because the rent is 510$. Move over here if you want to.
The apt complex is cheap. One of the cheapest in this town. The walls are thin, there are roaches, there are a few drug dealers and users in my bldg. The property is neglected. Management is nice but slow to fix major issues like the missing ceiling in the bldg. Cant wait to move. I do not recommend this place unless you have to.
