The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Parker
If you like, unbearable street noise, low water pressure, cheap appliances, poorly designed and cheaply constructed apartments, fires, gas leaks, adversarial staff, uncooperative and belligerent management that are not on site, overly transient tenants, inflated water bills and trash overflowing in the garage everyday, you’ve found your utopia Look no further, you will not be disappointed. And you are surrounded by schools in town that doesn’t have school buses which translates into gridlock every school day and an abundance of aggressive drivers. The views are spectacular too of power lines, parking lots and rte 28 complete with traffic light and circle. You will soon enjoy construction of the long touted Westfield One project which you will have a ringside seat to which is the largest construction project the town has ever seen. Like the sound of children playing and screaming, yup got that too as there is a school yard less than a hundred yards away. The building also has low income housing units which brings a real sense of inner city living to the suburbs. And the best part is a lease that tilts every advantage imaginable to the owners.
I have been living here for about a year now and I cannot be happier! The building is kept very clean and organized. Our management team is very involved and always very attentive to any needs that may arise. Denise is very thorough and pleasant to deal with. It’s obvious that maintaining our building to the highest standard is a top priority to her. The building is secured including visible cameras both in the parking garage as well as in the main building. There are many other pluses including assigned covered parking, walking distance to downtown Westfield, train station and local restaurants and coffee shops. I highly recommend The Parker!
The Parker is newly built and in a great area of Westfield walking distance to downtown. The first week living in the unit i was extremely satisfied however, I ended up having a very poor experience with the ownership due to issues experienced with the structure of my unit and noise easily heard from all surrounding neighbors. While forced to work in the apartment due to the pandemic I was constantly interrupted by sounds of people talking, arguing, walking, and moving furniture all day and even at night. After bringing this to the attention of ownership several times there was nothing done, they first questioned the validity of my claims and then hung up me on when I asked for any accommodations to remedy the situation and/or end my lease early. Because I could no longer focus at work and was interrupted during business calls I ended up paying 3 months rent while living in another building just to leave the toxic situation and stressful/loud environment. If you don’t mind constant noise and ownership who may or may not care about their renters experience then this place is a fine option.
Although the apartments look luxurious; the tissue paper thin walls, ceilings, and floors were stressful to say the least. We were was able to hear neighbors word for word conversations about mortgages, arguments, babies taking baths, our upstairs neighbors walking all day. It was a constant state of noise, day and night. While the onsite staff were wonderful, there is no remedy to walls so thin. We ended up moving out early.
The Building is beautiful. Close to downtown and the train station. Denise was very personable and professional.
The building is nice and new, location is a couple of minutes from Westfield’s downtown, however the staff showing the property were not as pleasant. Emails sent went unanswered. A little unorganized and cold. Good Luck to all that tour this property.
