The Parker Suites is a historic 9 story building that was constructed into a luxury hotel in 1947 and converted to 60 apartments in 1990. There are 2- 1500 sq ft penthouse apartments on the 9 th floor , 27 - 1000+ sq ft - 2 bed / 2 bath apartments, 25 - 1 bed / 1 bath apartments and 6 small studio apartments. Utilities are all paid except electricity. 1 gig fiber optic internet was just installed and is included . There are 31 underground heated parking spaces for rent in the basement and 4 outside parking spaces. There is a convenient coffee shop on the main floor open to the public from 7 am to 1 pm Monday thru Friday.The building is located in downtown Minot close to a dozen other restaurants. Established in 1886, Downtown Minot is both historic and vibrant. It is located along the Souris River and features the beautiful Minot Riverwalk. Downtown Minot is south of Minot State University, the state's third-largest university. Residents can travel throughout the region with the Minot Station, an Amtrak train station for the Empire Builder, the country's most popular long-distance train.
