From meeting Collen to moving in was great unfortunately I had to move. If I ever move back to Edmond ,Parke at Central will be the 1st place I will check.
Want a nice place to call home, check this place out, Collen will help you through the process and take care of you the entire time you live on the property.

The Parke at Central is a lovely and safe apartment community in Edmond. The manager Collen and the maintenance staff go above and beyond to make sure your maintenance requests are addressed in a timely fashion. The complex is well-maintained and the rent is affordable. It's a really great place to live.
I love these floor plans and the small community feel :)
I love living here. The nature scene around the complex is refreshing to me. People keep to themselves, unless you speak to them, and they're watchful of surroundings. A police officer, and the manager both live on-site. The complex is quiet. Personally, I'm grateful for this place.
I’ve lived many places where it took forever to get a response or something fixed and Parke was just a breath of fresh air. The office was quick to communicate with maintenance and they were there within 24 hours. Definitely recommend these apartments!
Great overall experience! Management has been wonderful to work with and really seems to care about their residents. If you are looking for an apartment in the Edmond area, I recommend taking a look here. Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area.
I toured with the property manager, and she was so helpful and kind, which is always important when choosing a complex. I really liked the 2 bed unit and that they have the option for all bills paid— so convenient to have a set total each month!

The laundry room has been needing new washers and dryers for quite some time. The old manager never got them fixed and they broke all the time. Not to long ago some of the washers broke. This caused flooding in the room. Instead of just sticking a band aid over it the new manager got all new washers and dryers. We no longer need quarters to start them. Quarters were almost impossible to get because of the coin shortage. I have lived here now for 2 years and have never been bothered by people or management. It is very peaceful and quiet here. I have enjoyed living here and would recommend this place to most people.

high paying apt one bedroom has no washer&dryer you can find 2bedroom with bedroom price included washer and dryer if you have a problem the management won't take action
I lived here for a year. We paid everything for any deposit fees and every monthly rent on time. However, they told me and my roommate that we didn't pay per deposit, security deposit and first rent... We proved we paid off everything from bank records. This happened three times, and they've never updated or kept loosing our information. Finally, they told us we didn't pay any deposits or last month's rent and we even broke the contract. I couldn't believe how everything wa just happened. I couldn't even receive any deposits back because they said they don't have any record that we paid... this is insane. I never want to live there. Never wanna be in trouble again and again.
Nestled in a wooded area in Edmond OK is an apartment complex called "The Timbers"s, I have lived here off an on for the last 10 years, I have lived in 3 different apartments. This is where my cousins grew up from being little girls to young ladies, I have been here through snowy weather, and the heat. I can say that Apartment feels just like being at home for me. I have a fondness for this complex, looking around Edmond I have not found apartments with as much room as the Timbers, I have had a great relationship with the staff, and maintenance people, they really do care at the Timbers I believe and I hope for many more years I can enjoy living here at the Timbers There has been so many memories created and more memories to experience. Through the times and seasons, I look forward to the changes that will be coming here at my home.
