Located about five miles west of the University of South Florida, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Adventure Island, and University Mall, the charming Carrollwood neighborhood is convenient to everything Tampa has to offer, but slightly removed to be a peaceful escape at the end of the day. No supervisan los apartamentos antes de entregarlos, te dan una fecha y resulta que ingresan en otra. Sin embargo los detalles que quedaron en solventarlos a medida que, ni yendo dos veces al día a la oficina hay resultados. Los de mantenimiento siempre están ocupados, full, no tienen tiempo, y siempre los ves haciendo nada. Y en la oficina no se dan la tarea de supervisar cómo es. La respuesta a que nunca saben nada porque el empleado les dice que ya han hecho el trabajo y atendieron la queja, es decir que si ellos le dicen que ya lo hicieron ellos confían. Entonces amiga si va de nuevo el inquilino con la misma queja ¿cuál es la solución? Lamentablemente despedir a la persona que no está ejerciendo sus deberes laborales. De verdad que ha sido tedioso

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Worst management and living environment ever! No amount of money is worth living here!!! Unsafe for humans infested by roaches break ins shoot out and guess what If you don’t have proof it’s a break in you have to pay!!!

Please don’t move to the park on waters!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. This complex is TRASH!! This is your warning. I got the “UPGRADE” apartment and it was not that at all. They put in a few appliances and fixed he cabinets and everything else was trash! Dirt would get into the apartment because they didn’t do the the baseboards correctly. They don’t fix anything and they use cheap stuff all around. I had to contact them multiple times to fix stuff and they don’t care! The bathroom tub faucet had a bad leak for weeks and it took them almost 1 month and a half to address it after I called , left voicemails multiple times and went to the office. The unit above me had a flood and all of the water filtered into my apt which gave a leak in my apartment. They obviously didn’t care at all when I told them. The AC unit was filthy when I moved in. It would freeze and leak almost every other day and they didn’t care when I tried to put in work order. This is just a few problems that I had in 1 year and they have a nerve to increase the rent. This will be first and last time signing a lease with them. Please take my advice and don’t move here.

If you want a apartment infested with roach this apartment is It. It’s been almost a year since I moved here and been dealing with roach infestation. It’s so bad that the roaches start to crawl on me while I’m sleeping. It’s so disturbing. Hard for me to go sleep knowing I have bug crawling on me. I called the office 5-8 different time about this nothing being done. And they have the nerve to try up the rent. And than I have a neighbor who’s so disgusting & that probably where roaches coming from. The picture you see is roaches this is every other than I’m having to sweep up roaches. It’s getting so bad I been trying everything online to get rid of this. It’s hard though because this is an apartment if the other unit have roaches they will be back to mine. I’m hoping I can find a new place ASAP. The office give two f*** about you. Please don’t waste your time.

Absolutely terrible service maintenance is non-existent. They never inspected the apartment when I moved in. The wood in the balcony is rotted. There is a gunshot hole in one of the windows. The pipes are all bad the water comes out black. The dishwasher never worked it wasn’t even connected. I have had to fix everything myself because maintenance never comes. And you’re lucky if they answer the phone. I should have known this place was not the one when I showed up on moving day and they told me that they didn’t do move ins on Saturdays and that I would have to come back on Monday. I had to show them the paperwork that my move in day was Saturday August 1st. Honestly this place should be condemned. Head my warning don’t move here.

This place is trashy. Once a month there is a major leak that floods my bathroom. No entrance is sealed, I can see right out of my front door while it's closed. I will be so blessed when my lease is up. They have a gym but you can't use it unless you work 3rd shift or unemployed. Its in the office and locks when the office locks. Everybody smokes We were outside. My neighbor smoke weed and when I come home my entire house smells like THEIR weed! This please is horrible. Outdated everything the water that comes out the faucet and sitter shower is clearly septic water. I brush my teeth with bottled water and my skin breaks out to the point where I bathe at friends hissed houses. Don't move here. The web portal where you make payments don't work so if you don't take off early you can't pay rent unless you pay a fee at amscott or Wal-Mart. I hate it here
There are always ants and small flies climbing through the disposal. No washer and dryer in the 1 bedrooms and half the time, the apartment laundry mat is broken. The windows for the laundry mat are broken. I have a 1 year old daughter and the gates never work.. Every one just comes in and out. The handy men take forever to get back to your needs. My lights in my bathroom weren't working due to the electrical wires and it took them almost 2 weeks to fix it. The kitchen is small. The trash disposal for everyone's garbage doesn't work and everyone just throws there bags of trash on the ground. They leave garbage everywhere. Management doesn't care about your needs and overcharges on water so if you don't know your bill... They will get you!
