The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Park at Springdale
Office staff is nice and helps with what ever questions you may have, Helps if you need something mailed or faxed its not as bad as people make it anywhere you go here is a bug issue you cant help having dirty neighbors but they do house keeping inspections to make sure it gets clean and get rid of bugs with a orkin company. Its not a bad place to live but its not a forever home.
Property Manager at The Park at Springdale, Responded To This Review
Thank you for the positive review. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know how we are doing. We will continue to work hard in making the Willows of Springdale a great place to call home.
The place is dirty and infested with torches and bed bugs. The up keep is terrible around the place from trash to maintenance fixing problems. It's loud, the staff is rude and very unprofessional. They will show you one unit to get you threw the door then move you in a unit that's broken down. The windows or balcony doors don't have screens. Kids constantly get hit by cars in the parking lot it's terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody but the health department because it needs to be shut down
Property Manager at The Park at Springdale, Responded To This Review
We are sorry you are having this experience. Please feel free to call the Community Director at 513.671.3600. We would appreciate the opportunity to rectify this issue.
I moved in Dec. 2016 and have had a leaky ceiling for the past 4 months, heating go out, toilet & tub overflow twice, and outlets that stop working. regardless of notifying the leasing office & calling maintenance who only shows up half the time, they cannot fix an issue unless you threaten to not pay rent. if you can afford better then pass on this place. I'm moving asap finishing my lease is not worth it.
