Despite being incorporated only two years ago, South Fulton has already developed a character all its own. Situated partly along the southern section of the Perimeter and stretching southwest over Chattahoochee Hills, South Fulton covers a large portion of residential and undeveloped land. Property Ratings at The Park at Riverview
Nice place but do not be fooled, there are no balconies. Units come with sunroom but no balcony.
Love this place , just know they have the washer and dryer hook ups & no actual washing facility even though it says so on the website and on here.
Nicole is super rude, super unprofessional, super confused with what's going on, then gives you attitude rather just admitting she doesn't know. No customer service/clerical/ or overall hospitality skills. Hopefully this not what I have to expect to from the entire staff.
THE RENT IS TOO HIGH FOR THE APARTMENTS. THE GATE IS ALWAYS BROKE AND CERTAIN BUILDINGS HAS ISSUES WITH PARKING. THE DONT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU WHEN THINGS ARE HAPPENING IN THE COMPLEX. THEY HAVE BEEN CLEANING OUT SOME OF THE BUILDINGS AND GETTING SOME OF THOSE WHOM HAS BEEN A BIT OF A NUISANCE OUT OF THE COMPLEX. OTHER THEN THAT THERE ARE REALLY NO OTHER MAJOR ISSUES TO REPORT.
It's quiet for the most part but management keeps changing and they don't like to communicate when things happen such as car break in ect. But for the most part everyone stays to theirselves and don't bother with you and it's pretty peaceful.
I moved into Park at Riverview last year September. Despite the fact that management has recently changed and my rent has gone up $100 :/ I do enjoy my stay here. The only thing I would say is based on the rent per month, I would love to have updated appliances. The new staff is nice and VERY informative. It seems they are definitely trying their best to improve our complex even more. Which is great!
DO NOT LEASE HERE! THEY ARE THE WORSE APARTMENTS EVER IN ATLANTA! LUCKILY I HAVE ALARM SYSTEM BECAUSE THEY ENTERED MY APARTMENT TWICE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. THEY ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! THE WALLS AND FLOORS ARE VERY THIN AND YOU CAN HERE YOUR NEIGHBORS! GATES ARE ALWAYS BROKEN AND ANYBODY CAN COME IN TGESE APARTMENTS. ITS BY WOODS SO THERE ARE ALWAYS BUGS COMING FROM EVERYWHERE! THE ABSOLUTELY WORST APARTMENTS EVER!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!
