Really a pleasure seeing this property all the time and working with them!

I really enjoy this property. Has a great pool and gym and love the nice grounds. Overall, the management is great and made awesome changes from the years before!

I thought this place was okay to live at but nope after me and my kids suffered with no heat during a winter storm I pay my rent on time Every month I shouldn’t have to sit in a cold house I called the emergency maintenance line 5 times and no one had returned my call or came to check my heater but it’s all good cause I will not be renewing my lease for this very reason !!!! There is no reason for no one to ignore an emergency maintenance line that’s just sorry and lazy

Every time I visit and do work here, it seems better and better. Great company and property to work with. Looks so nice now with their fresh pool!

I recently had the pleasure of touring this apartment, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The property itself is stunning, with modern amenities and a beautifully maintained interior. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by our tour guide, Brittany. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to all of our questions, making the entire experience both enjoyable and informative. Her enthusiasm for the property was infectious and really helped us see all the potential it has to offer. Highly recommend both the apartment and the outstanding service!

They never fixed my A/C. Had a gas leak but they never fixed it. Had a huge hole behind the stove

Please find somewhere else to live you will regret it!!!!!!!! There is shootings everyday, it’s roach infested, the management is HORRIBLE! Your ceiling will cave in! Please find somewhere else! All the reviews are true! They also delete and hide other reviews as well!!!!!

I am literally neighbors with the most recent reviewers! We both moved in around the same time in MAY! Their reviews on their website is FAKE all of them! Almost everyone in the neighborhood will tell you to run ! These are the worse apartments ever! I vouch for every bad review ! These apartments need to be shut down they even deleted their google site due to all the bad reviews ! One of the managers live in the apartments and her apartment is spotless maintenance always get her job done everyone else has MOLD MILLIONS OF ROACHES FLOODS BROWN WATER COMING OUT OF SHOWER THE LIST GOES ON! Please save yourself the stress!

You will literally get sick living here ! There is mold everywhere and covered up! I see the mold under the painting and very bad pest horrible horrible apartments they never fix anything ! Apartments from HELL!

It is sad how expensive these apartments are for the crap you have to put up with. Moved here July 2020 my first couple of days in the apartment my power went out constantly I have a one year old so I had to get a hotel until it was fixed. My first day moving in I found roaches in my apartment didn’t think it was a big deal due to it being an apartment building I just bombed myself and asked that they come spray. They did one time and since then bugs have been a major issue it’s so bad that they are in my food when I cook. The walkway in my building is completely dark they won’t fix the light there is all kinds of animals running around. None of my windows have screens, I had a leak under my sink a few months back instead of picking up the old food and mold the maintenance man spray painted over the dirt and had my home reeking of fumes for hours he didn’t even warn me. Had to get my refrigerator replaced after calling complaining 100 times now my garbage disposal isn’t working and it’s causing my sink to clog I emailed and called left several messages about this issue and no one has gotten back to me. I had to go up to the office to put in a report only for the new manager to tell me I haven’t put in a work order since January when I’ve literally called every single day. I’ve asked how I can get out of my lease they want almost $2,000 to do so. Knowing how bad these units are.

Roach infested!!!!!! ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES. POOR RENOVATIONS HOLES EVERYWHERE! Terrible! I can’t wait until my lease is up. Only been here 3 weeks ughhhh

I want to share what a great experience I had during my move in at this complex. Dari was there to greet me in spite of the rain. Let me tell you she made the move in process a breeze and answered any questions that I may have had. By far this has been one of my best move ins yet.

It's a job looking for a safe, comfortable and Enjoyable place to live. When you have Awesome Customer Service it helps a lot on where you want to call home just as well. I spoke with the leasing person Darrielle she was so polite and very thorough on the specials and all that the park at London has to offer. Very positive attitude make a great Realtor!!!

I love the property and the staff is extremely attentive and supportive. I really appreciate working with Darri, you can tell she really cares about her tenets. I would def recommend to others

The leasing agent Darri is very kind and helped me throughout my entire process! I moved in last week and my apartment is amazing especially the hardwood flooring! It's the best if you have kids... I recommend the Park At London to anybody. I love it here!

I was relocating from out of town and didn't know what part of Atlanta to move to. I called and spoke to Dari. She emailed me the application and walked me through the whole process from Florida. The day of my move in only took one hour. My apartment was beautiful and it smelled really fresh. I am glad that I stepped out on faith and decided to move to The Park at London

Don’t ever move here ! I rather stay in a hotel like I use to then been in these broke down apartment complex . The lord himself probably can’t fix half the things that’s wrong over here . Going on almost the 4th month & I don’t have no heat . It’s still winter & I don’t have HEAT ! Been sick for two weeks because of it . I’m getting stressed out living here . Just don’t move here , I’m 23 & I’m warning anyone who is interested . Extra poor star! Negative star . Apartments so bad don’t even deserve half a little star . Haha let me stop I’m being petty now .

Been here since December ‘17 and it’s on the first week in March and I have so much to complain about. First and foremost it took them over a month to give me my mailbox keys. My heat/ac has been broken for over a month and I have put in idk how many work orders to get it fixed. I have a 4 year old that had to sleep here. Now yesterday night I go to take a shower and my hot water isn’t working, on top of the fact that this place is INVESTED with roaches.??Everything on the outside looks nice and clean but DO NOT I repeat DO NOT BE FOOLED! There are holes everywhere no screens in half my windows and no door or windows are sealed correctly meaning I can feel the breeze come in from outside all day everyday. Bugs come in through the many holes that are all over the place. This is my first apartment and LITERALLY H.A.T.E, HATE IT!

Don’t listen to their fake account reviews that management makes. This is a crime infested area. They do not care about residents cars being vandalized or neighbors making so much noise they wake up my daughter. Everyday is a new crime. Repeat don’t live here!

This started out as a good experience until 3months after I moved we had bad rain for two days my apartment flooded went to the office and they said they would send contractors out to fix the building cracks, never happened. Then they said they would band aid the problem and build a trench, never happened. I asked to be moved to an upstairs unit, never got an answer back. So in the mean time they send the carpet people out he sprayed a chemical down that the fumes chocked me half to death, he pulled up only the part that was wet for the padding and left meanwhile my carpet that was left has a bad odor from of course the rain so I'm living in bad smelly apartment now and concrete because he has not returned to bring back the padding that the took out its been a month now. That's not all I have mildew in the bathroom that they covered up with paint oh and lets not talk about the many roaches, baby ones that you can't see because they blend in with countertops. It has been a very bad experience here and because I'm a nice person and don't want to experience jail I just prefer to give it to God and he said MOVE!!!! Since I have to hit a star it will be one, but my choice is ZERO stars!!!!

It coud have been a nice area but the land lord just dont want to optimize and dont want to spend money in it because they want to sell it.

This was the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. When I moved in the name of the property was called the Oaks at Ellenwood, shortly there after the name changed. The biggest problem I had was the pest. The very first day I moved in, I saw bugs. Roaches & spiders. Every week pest control came & sprayed to no avail. The last straw was when I walked into my CLEAN kitchen & roaches scattered everywhere. I wouldn't recommend any one move into that roach motel.
