True hospitality and Southern charm can be hard to come by these days, but resting just along the St. John's River lies small-town DeLand and surrounding Deltona. Downtown DeLand, a unique little town nestled in central Florida, is located approximately 35 miles east of Orlando, making it the perfect suburban getaway from the city life. Home to a lovely historical district with unique boutiques, lush landscaping and weekly events, many visitors stroll down the streets while practically taking a trip back in time to simpler days. DeLand is also home to the Hatters, the colloquial term for students at Stetson University, a prominent private university dating back to the 1800s. The area is rich in culture with common performances in the historic Athens Theater and multiple museums recounting the neighborhood's rich history.

Property Ratings at The Park at Brandywine
The customer service staff is excellent, offering professionalism and a warm welcome. I definitely recommend this apartment complex. It's a very quiet area. My children and I have lived here for a year, and we absolutely love everything about it.
Has great amenities and outdoor spaces. The management team is responsive and friendly.
The front office team was amazing! Always on top of things. Never pushed any issues under the rug. Shout out to Adriana , she is super informative, always pleasant and professional!
Brandywine apartment complex offers a clean and well-maintained environment. The property management team is known for being quick to react to residents’ needs. Pricing is fair, and the surrounding area is nice and quiet, making it a comfortable place to live
Not sure who was here before, but the staff now is wonderful. My apartment is beautiful and was given to me very clean.
Mrs Doris has been an absolute delight to work with. She is very friendly and personable on the phone. I am moving from out of state and she has made this process so easy for me. She has answered every question and assisted with every concern. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone due to the amazing people who work there.
They have lots of roaches and all kinds of roaches. I can hear everything through walls from my neighbors. They fix things very cheaply and the apartment looks and smells so old. They have mold on the ceilings and in the AC. And they give money for people to write them five star reviews, so make do with that information as you may. It's just not good living here.
You can hear the neighbors T.V., talking on their phones, opening and closing cabinet doors in their kitchen, loud music playing. When you walk the floors make loud noises. The conversation outside my door when the neighbors have guests are so clear. You can hear when someone is coming up and down the steps. You can tell when a neighbor is leaving or just coming back. :(
If I can save at least one person the headache of moving here by writing this review I will. Long story short they have to constantly spray for roaches, it’s a nightmare. I couldn’t even cook for weeks bc they would be crawling all over the stove. I can’t even have plp over with the fear of a roach crawling on them like they do to me. The apartment was dirty upon move in, dust on the shelves, grime in the toilet, grime in the shower, dead roaches and dirt under the appliances, and dirty cabinets. Also the floor Is so hollow and it squeaks with every step you take which the downstairs neighbors can hear. Also while walking your furniture moves with you. You can hear your neighbors very well, I believe this apartment is made out of cardboard. There’s a lot of trash in the parking lot and smelly trash sometimes piled up by the dumpster. Your electric bill with these ancient horrible ac units is sky rocket high and they smell really bad and don’t really cool down the apartment. Some of the outlets don’t work. They have spider eggs all over the apartment so when you sit out on the balcony you get a nice view of spider eggs. They have to bribe their residents with money to give them a 5 star reviews bc that’s the only way they could get 5 stars. Don’t let them fool you. They don’t give you a notice of when they’re coming over. It’s hard to find parking by your unit. The wooden steps up to the apartment are in bad shape had a doordasher even say wow these are really bad. And they have raised rent by so much for future residents moving in, idk why since a lot of people don’t have money right now and these apartments are crap. The only thing beautiful about this place is the moment I leave.
