Property Ratings at The Park Apartments Homes
My unit is 1300 sq feet, the grounds and apartments are well maintained. Front office are friendly and welcoming all the time. Parking was initially a concern however it always seem to work out. I have arrived home from work at midnight and had no issue finding somewhere to park. Front gate, fitness and pool is always in perfect condition. I feel totally safe walking my dog at night. Highly recommended and many shopping options are right outside of the gate.

I lived in the Park Apartments from May 2017 to December 2017. I broke my one year lease due to the excessive parking problems. Individuals would double park and park in front of other tenets garages. Management seemed incapable of handling this issue. The police would not do anything either due to it being private property. I broke the lease due to the frustration of not being able to get in and out of my garage. It cost me over $2,000 to break this contract. I would advise anyone who plans to live in these apartments to seriously consider the parking problem. I see they are now charging for unassigned street parking. I paid extra for the use of my garage but it did not matter. It looks like they have found a way to capitalize on the parking problems.
