The Park is an affordable apartment community designed for your active lifestyle and the combination of what we offer and the rents we charge sets us apart from the rest--VALUE! Park offers comfort and quality in an excellent location close to schools and shopping. We are also an owner-managed community which makes a big difference for our Residents! Our clubhouse offers WIFI, and also includes a business center, kitchen, large screen TV, and a BSU themed pool table. We also have an upgraded fitness center, game room, as well as a recently added playground! We also have three on-site Laundry Facilities AND we offer A FREE LAUNDRY SERVICE. Yes, we will do your laundry for you! We provide our services (doing the laundry and folding or hanging) and all supplies at no charge--you just pay for the machines. We just might be the only apartment complex in Boise that offers this service. We're also right in the middle of Boise, and close to I-84. Our maintenance staff is on call 24 hours. We welcome Indoor Cats and Small Dogs.

This affordable suburb offers small-town charm and a central location, situated just three miles from Downtown Boise.
