We just might be the only apartment complex in Boise that offers this service. We're also right in the middle of Boise, and close to I-84. Our maintenance staff is on call 24 hours. We welcome Indoor Cats and Small Dogs.

This affordable suburb offers small-town charm and a central location, situated just three miles from Downtown Boise. Residents live within minutes of Zoo Boise, Ann Morrison Park, Boise State University, Julia Davis Park, and so much more. Interstate 184 runs north of town and Interstate 84 runs south of it, with the Boise Airport located on the south side of I-84. Although Central Bench is mainly residential, there are a few restaurants and businesses on the south side of town.

Property Ratings at The Park Apartments
Overall the apartment is great and spacious. The walk in closet is sweet and having a gym and pool helps. The maintenance crew is great they get the job done quick. My only complaints are: 1- they don’t have a coin exchanger for use in their laundry rooms since they use quarters, have to go somewhere and get change. 2- no designated smoking area so people smoke right outside the lobby and if your windows are open all the smoke gets inside. 3- no direct deposit.
