Quietly Amazing
I have been living at The Palms for the last 5 years and have nothing to complain about. The area within the community is always clean and quiet. However, if you would like to have friends over, the community does not get too loud. My place is always cool in the summer and nice in the winter, I barely have to turn on the AC or heater at all sometimes. Having a laundry facility in your unit is also a major plus. Only thing that could possibly be a downside is that I can sometimes hear my upstairs neighbor walking around, however that is something that no one can get away from. I also share a garage space with another resident and we have never had problems.
