The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Palms at Town Center
First. I'd like to start off with that I've lived here for the last 5 years since this complex has been open. This complex has had many "ups and downs" since then. I could never remember a single property managers name because we have gone through so many. It just seems like you have to jump though hoops just to simply take care of paying rent. Also if you ever had a question or a concern, no one would be in the office. It's usually locked and no one answers the phone. Overall this place just didn't feel like home. Not to mention that it took them 2 months for them to give me my deposit back. Please don't waste your time here

I was put on waitlist back in 09/2021, I kept checking in with the then person in their office. Then after 4-6 months someone new was in the office & she stated that all the applications for the waitlist was mis-filed and she could not find mine. She stated she would put my new application to the top of the list. After a couple of months of being strung along I gave up trying to get an apartment. Apparently they need someone who can keep things straight. To this day I don't know if I'm on the waitlist still or if they lost the waitlist again.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the missed communication. We have a waiting list of over 500 people, which is a 3-4 year wait. We hope this provides clarification to your concerns.
The property and management is HORRIBLEEEE ! Nobody answers the phone. They never email back. Even though the hours say open , they are really closed. It’s already hard finding an affordable place but then you have places that’s income base and they still don’t try to help you out.

We're sorry to hear that your resident experience has been less-than-stellar. We encourage you to discuss these concerns with us directly. Please call us at (386) 309-2650 when you have the time.
The apartments may be beautiful but I'll never know because the service from the leasing agent or office staff is appalling. I have called multiple times, stopped by the property twice and can't seem to get any cooperation whatsoever. Never return a call, and office always closed even though it's listed as open daily! What a terrible, unprofessional way to conduct business.
