The staff in my opinion really care about their residents. Crissy and June are always planning events for their residents and looking for more ways to keep residents active and informed. They have a new team member Yudelka, she's very nice and will be a great asset to the community. If you're ever around when they have their financial literacy event going on, you should join!

I've had the most pleasant experience with June. She's so amazing and it's staff like her that makes living here pleasant. I'm content with everything, I just don't like the stairs. It's peaceful so far

I moved here because of the pool. It's constantly broken and management has no idea when it will be repaired. I'm very disappointed

It is a quiet neighborhood. It is close to shopping plazas, grocery stores, and restaurants. The library is walking distance away. Online packages are safely delivered to the mail parcel.

Everyone is pleasant, and is mostly friendly. They keep to themselves, which is a good and bad thing. It would be nice if there was a bit more community, but I understand that is not entirely controllable

I always had a problem with the walls of the bedroom same with the air conditioning. Pay a lot of money for a small apartment. If you want to star, go live over there, but if is permanent, I suggest to look for another place.
From the minute I applied i knew that this place would be great for me. June was very helpful and made my moving in process much more smoother than i thought! I am excited to start my new journey here.

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff especially June (She is very kind, responsive, knowledgeable and very helpful and committed to highest quality standard. She makes sure that everything is okay. The ambiance is so peaceful. I love everything here. I highly recommend it especially to those who prefer low noise environment. All in all it was a superb experience from the day we inquire, Thanks to Chrissy for accommodating us well on all our inquiries and for treating us very well. I would highly recommend this place.
The palms at casselberry is a great place to call home.This property is located next to the Lina for the one who live to read books and a shopping plaza for the ones who love to shop.Living here you wouldn’t think any kids live here because it’s so quite everyone stay to themselves but speak when you walk pass.The office staff is on top of things when you bring it to their attention and on top of any work orders you put in.Overall i love it here

The workers are very friendly,and try to do the best they can,considering that there are not many to do the work..... Too much work for too little workers.... The old apartments are soo old ,that lots of issues,like plumbing come up and it's no fun at all

June at the office goes above and beyond , to address repairs, etc, she is very courteous and professional .Mike has been the same the years I knew him ensuring everything works at the property professional, courteous, hard working, and Jason recently did a remarkable job on a faucet repair.

The complex is quiet and clean. Convenient location and I never have any issues. They are constantly making improvements and even recently added a dog park, exercise area, and playground.
