Don't be fooled by the looks, maintenance in these place is horrible they will not fix your issues on time , you will be stuck in a lease without any choice leaving in an apartment full of broken things, unless you use your own money to fix it. good luck

I applied here and got declined because of my credit even though my income far surpassed the requirement. I contact the front office and was told to applied along with a co applicant whose credit was hire so I did. His credit was above 650 which is the requirement and combined we make over $13000 dollars and we were still declined. I attempted to speak with a staff member and they were very dismissive and unwilling to provide any insight. Therefore I contacted the screening company and I was told we both had to have a credit over 650. $600 dollars later in application fees I’m still declined when all they had to tell me was not to apply at all with my credit under 650. If we both had a credit over 700 and made that much we’d be applying for a home loan not a rental.

Don’t even waste your time applying. They will never return phone calls, emails and threaten to cancel your application. Then when it takes 7 days to get an answer they deny you after you send all the documentation. Please go somewhere else. All of all the places in south Florida I bet you no one will treat you so poorly before you EVEN move in

You will regret renting an apartment here. Place went downhill rapidly the moment Bozzuto took over. Noisy outdated apartments build in the late 90's. Public areas never get cleaned. Both access gates are broken for months now. Anyone can access the property. Management keeps sending emails that parts are ordered, but that's hard to believe after months of waiting. Dumpster area is gross with cockroaches walking all over the place at night. Barking dogs 5 a.m. in the morning is a normal thing and teenagers around the bbq places at night smoking weed disturbing the peace. And as the cherry on top of everything, they will try to lure you in with a free first month or no deposit, however wait until you get your first renewal proposal. Mines had an increase of $250 a month, which came out to almost 20% in just one year!! Will not renew and I see many neighbors leaving as well. Think twice before renting here. You probably won't enjoy if you're just trying to live in a nice and quiet place after a hard day of work. There are many other rental properties around that offer a much better value. Do your research.

I have lived at The Palms for 2 years this summer. It was supposed to be a temporary move during my transition from NJ. Since then it has felt more and more like home. The staff is AMAZING. They go above and beyond to accommodate ALL of my needs. Tika and Alexis are so kind and sincere. It's not about the business or money for them. It's about making sure that their residents are happy. Recently they have implemented food trucks that come on Friday evenings or Saturday mornings for breakfast. This is a great way to mingle and socialize with people that we would normally never see. I feel at home here and look forward to being here for a long time. A big THANK YOU to Tika and Alexis for helping me and my family. It is truly appreciated!

Have been here for 3 years and love it so far, staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance staff are prompt to fix any issues that have happened. Love the dog park, the neighbors and amenities are nice and well kept. The administration tries to always organize activities to entertain neighbors, food trucks for example. Only complaint is the time the main gate has been broken. Other than that an excellent place to live.

The maintenance staff is superb. A to JR who obviously cares about the residents here. On more than one occasion has he stepped in to help do odds and ends that were scheduled or unscheduled requests for me. Just putting aside 5 minutes to help a resident when there are only 3 of them on staff to the 300 apartments here says a lot about his level of dedication. The property is pretty and in a great location for good rated schools and freeways. I am PRAYING they get another trash compactor and/or implement some rules for dumping trash. Other than that, I've had zero complaints living here. There will always be challenges when trying to please so many people; I think they're doing the best they can.

I can't speak highly enough about Khan, JR, and Ariel. A staff! It's been almost a year since Bozzuto Property Management took over and there are tons are positive changes throughout. The most obvious is the professionalism amongst the maintenance staff. They go above and beyond! Before and during Hurricane Irma, they were answering calls and checking not only on the property, but the tenants that stayed behind. Very comforting knowing the people that have access to your home are caring and trustworthy. Thank you gentlemen!!! Hint, hint: it would be nice if they hired more of them. Not fair having 3 men maintain a property with 300 apartments. :) As for the property itself, great area as far as the schools are concerned, access to major roadways and family friendly restaurants and activities. The apartments are smaller than most nearby, but you can't beat the new gym, community get togethers, and pretty grounds keeping. I do wish the management company would do a better job with the entry way security arms, and trash compactor. Both need to be monitored more regularly for outsiders who come in and dump and break the security arms and compactor on an ummmm - weekly basis!

I moved into the Palms as it was closer to my place of work. I haven't lived in an apartment in many years, and wasn't expecting much. Boy was I surprised. This place is great. The pool area is very nice and the dog park is perfect for my Shiba. I have been here almost 3 months, and when I have had any concerns, maintenance is always prompt and helpful. With all of these great things, I actually enjoy the office staff the most. Always pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. If you are trying to decide between the Palms at Davie and somewhere else, choose the Palms. :)

I love living here the staff is very friendly, and the maintenance staff is very efficient at fixing anything that is not working. The community is very nice. I love taking my dog to the dog park.
The palms are a great place to live! The dog park is a great benefit for anyone who has a dog, large or small. Its a fenced in area with agility playground equipment and our dogs love it. All buildings are on the lake and have a very nice view. The staff is very helpful, the amenities are great, and the gym is better than any apartment I've lived at. I would highly recommend The Palms in davie!
Soundproofing is pretty good which is s big plus. Don't really hear my neighbors and asked them if my loud tv bothers them. Told me they don't hear it. Staff is great too. Added plus they have activities each quarter. Catered breakfast one time, luau with entertainment last night. Fun.
Nice amenities and really helpful staff. Apartments are cute, well kept and really very quiet. I like to listen to my TV pretty loud and I asked my neighbors if I was disturbing them, they stated they didn't even hear it. I hardly ever hear anything from any of my neighbors either so I have to believe the construction took soundproofing pretty seriously. They also provide events every quarter and last night was a luau. Lots of fun.
