Great location! Reasonably priced! Newly Renovated Units. New Gym Equipment. Pool and a Hot Tub. What else do you need for $2k per month in Old Town Scottsdale? The Palladium is a great place to live for young professionals looking to socialize and live close to all that Old Town Scottsdale has to offer!

Very nice employees and nicely appointed community. The grounds are kept very nice and clean. The pool sparkles. The apartments are very nice and open with great fixtures.

Loving it here. Jayden and Diego are awesome! When I first moved in I was having trouble with the move in date and my work schedule, at the last minute they went out of their way to change my lease to coincide with my work schedule. The unit itself is very nice and clean, the layout is perfect. I've been here for about a month now. I've submitted two maintenance requests. The storage door lock wasn't working and one of the outlets in the kitchen, the maintenance came and fixed them right away. The neighborhood is perfect, walking distance to everything!! :)

The move-in process was simple and well-organized. I got my keys quickly and was shown where to park, find my mailbox, and locate the exact building I’d be living in

The leasing staff, Jayden and Diego, are extremely easy to work with and go out of their way to be accommodating. The property itself is well maintained and safe. The floor plan is perfect, very nice layout with upgraded appliances

Love it here! Lived in the palladium for about 6 months and will be resigning! Definitely the best complex for the price in old town. Love the community and management is very friendly and helpful. In a renovated unit and love it definitely worth it!

Just moved in and there’s multiple issues, our dryer doesn’t even work and multiple lights/plugs don’t work yet no one has come to fix them and it’s been days.

Everything went super well and it was a straightforward process!! Diego was great when it came to providing information. Definitely excited to move in!

Not a pleasant experience. Rude staff that doesn’t do their job correctly then they punish you for it. The place isn’t kept clean but they will fine you for not putting trash in a bin. There’s been melted ice cream in the hallway since I moved there. Very loud you can hear your neighbor’s conversations through the walls. Installation sucks.

I haven’t moved yet but I’m excited. I’ve had friends who lived here. I’ve lived in Scottsdale for a few years and excited to get to old town

The apartment layout is great; the building is nice and clean. I have lived here for a few months and have had no issues. Maintenance responses are super quick if you submit a work order (within a few hours). I wish the complex put on events tho. So many people are around the same age in the building, and the complex does not have to hold a single event to meet your neighbors. That is really the only downside of living here. I know other Graystar properties host events constantly for their tenants; even smaller events with a would-be awesome, but none...

Seamless move in process. Very helpful and easy going staff. In a great location with some nice amenities. Unit was clean upon move in and set up with a little welcome goodie bag.

Love it so far! Some kinks that were frustrating to work out during the lease signing process felt a bit misguided but the rest has been good.

Easy application process and the staff were very helpful. Great tour that highlighted different floorplans and everything you need to know before making a decision.

I find this complex to be the ideal location for me. Close to all amenities, the local parks, and Old Town Scottsdale. The complex is always being upgraded and kept in a beautiful condition.

Moved here recently. Overall I think it’s a very nice complex. I always see people taking care of the grounds, the pool is always clean and seems like a relatively tame community of residents. Extra perk for me is a brand new gym. Have had some issues resulting in some maintenance work, however I will say that the leasing office follows up in a timely manner to ensure that issues are resolved.

Maintenance never gets things done. Don't expect things to get fixed. Paperwork gets lost, you'll get charged for not having renters insurance even though you've submitted proof multiple times. Also, make sure you send your 60 day notice multiple times as well otherwise, you'll get charged. They won't call you either to remind you of your notice. I've been living in a apartment also that I'm pretty sure has mold as well. Simple things such as closet doors never got installed the 13months I've been there. So, if you like stress and dealing with constant issues this is the place for you

Rent is so much and there is always something wrong. Stolen packages, broken mailboxes, maintenance takes forever

It’s ok. Friendly staff and it’s always clean. Cons are maintenance requests aren’t fixed and our neighbors dogs bark all the time.

I have lived at the Palladium for about 5 years now. I love it! The maintenance team is always quick to come solve any issues that may occur. Everyone who lives here is extremely friendly, and the location is the very best being in walking distance of all the night life and old town entertainment!

the staff is usually very un-helpful (although very nice). they ar e ever able to answer question we have or will tell us a manager/supervisor will be in contact and they never are. we have to march down to the leasin office every time we need help even after using the portal to talk to someone in person because most of the time no one picks up the phone and if they do they inform us someone else will call in regards to our issues and they never do. even just trying to get my lease started earlier this year was harder than trying to pull out every strand of hair on my head…

I’d explore other options when looking for a new home. I’ve rented at multiple apartments and this is the worst experience I’ve had and it’s not close.

Cannot recommend the Palladium. Over a month since my washer broke, absolutely no response from anyone. Construction trucks and trash dumpsters constantly blocking ingress/egress to parking lot. Area not policed, trash in parking lot and public areas not addressed. Resident parking not secure; security has not been operational for several months.

The Palladium had two things going for it ; location and reasonable rent Given the recent rent increases the Palladium now has one thing going for it In over 50 years of renting I have never encountered a more incompetent staff Hope this helps

Overall, my experience in Palladium Apartment has been a disappointment and a dissatisfaction. I will most 100% will not be renewing my contract nor am I recommending this facility to any of my friends. How the ramp structure is designed to create damage to the car wether you go slow or fast and it creates more tendency for people to get into an accident for trying to avoid the speed bumps. The customer service is aweful from the management side. There is a lack of tenant representation. As well as the overall structure of the building and apartment itself. There needs to be a major renovation in your whole campus. Only good thing about it- is that it’s walking distance to place.

Overall I like living here due to the location but there is a lot of wear and tear on the building inside and outside of the apartment. Security is poor as some gates do not have locks or locking mechanisms on them.

Palladium is great for those who love to be within walking distance of all essentials. There are not only several groceries nearby, but the nightlife surrounding the Palladium in Old Town is so much fun! Also, a perfect place for dogs as there is a dog park, lots of places to walk, and many friendly dog neighbors.

We have really enjoy living at The Palladium. The location can't be beat and the price is fair. Close to everything but we don't hear any noise from Old Town.

Management is very friendly, however, it takes a while and multiple follow-ups to get repair requests taken care of. A little too expensive for what it is, but the location in old town Scottsdale is great! There have been multiple car break-ins in the parking garage this month and at night and on the weekends there are always random people walking through the complex since the gates leading in and out of the complex don't lock.

Complete 180 since I moved here in January. Zach is also very helpful and Rae is doing a great job of running the show! The place has extreamly improved since the new team has taken over. I suggests potential residents read recent reviews because the previous ones do not apply anymore in my experience! Great location friendly staff great parking. It's amazing

Cool place/location but absolutely horrible maintenance

We love our apartment and you can't beat the location or the price. Maintenance has fallen short, but I think they're trying to improve in that area.

The leading team is hostile and made me uncomfortable to even voice my concerns. I was hesitant to even be honest on here because of retaliation. May help to bring in a manager from a successful grey star complex to train the staff here

I love this building and location. The staff was very helpful and friendly, approachable and laid back. Its a great apartment for young professionals, singles and couples. The interior is great for just about any style of furniture and decorations! Restaurants, malls, and entertainment are within walking distance.

Great place to live. The amenities provided fit my life and the area is a very lively place.

Do not live here this place sucks. Unfortunately management does not do their job.

I honestly have nothing positive to note about living here at this time which is unfortunate because I loved my first two years here. I've had so many negative things about living here due to lack of addressing concerns by management and I would not recommend anyone to live here unless you like to live like a slob and don't mind the dirty community areas and/or loud music/parties you have to deal with late at night. Very upset that I signed up to live in a "gated secure community", yet the gates have no locks on them and the garage gate is always broken.

This is my 3 year living in the apartment and I have been ok until now. When you have an emergency the management team reaction is so low and they give you poor solutions.

Have lived at the Palladium for three leases and this will be my last. Each year the front office staff has been turned over with new faces and have been less and less helpful. Multiple maintenance requests by multiple tenants went unattended to for the dog park until it was deemed not salvageable and the entire park had to be replaced. After putting in a request on Wednesday, I am still without AC (Sunday) and when I went to the front office to bring up the issue it was evident if I didn't bring the issue up that nothing would have been done. I was told that they would try to have someone out to fix it by tomorrow (6th day without AC) but at this time there was nothing they could do for me. No offer for hotel for the night, credit for rent for the days without AC, etc.

My roommate and initially got a different apartment than the one we ended up in. We moved in November of 2017 and we will not be resigning our lease here and are happy to be leaving September of 2018. We ended up getting put on the first floor right in front of the pool and gym. Sounds like a dream right? WRONG. There are always people partying at the pool leaving glass bottles around. The pool is TINY also. Literally so small. The only pool on the property. The apartment clearly had previous water damage and molding issues. They said they would be taken care of within a week of move in. Nothing. Right by the back door there was obvious water damage. One night after an evening of rain we woke up to a wet matt inside the house by the back door. We reported this to the office because we were nervous for future floods. Nobody came after filing a work order with the office face to face. Super disappointing after how much we pay in rent. this morning we woke up to about a centimeter of water covering our entire living room floor. Soaked up by my roommates big living room rug which is now ruined. My roommate went to the office and they said they would TRY to have someone take a look at it today. Then my roommate went back and demanded someone come look at it. (We had already cleaned up all the water we could inside with our bath towels). My roommate is moving out early and had some of her boxes in reach and the bottoms got ruined so now new boxes. Overall the experience hasn’t been great though. The garage gates would get stuck so anyone could get in. Also the walk thru gates are always broken so again anyone can get in. Renata is the head office woman and she’s just overall rude and entitled. As I’ve said, happy to NOT be renewing our lease :)
