Very nice area close to restaurants, grocery store, gas station, and more. People in the neighborhood seem very helpful and friendly to new tennants
I truly can only review the move in process as I have only been here for a few days but it was very quick and easy. I did most of the process long distance so once I arrived, it only took a few minutes to get my keys and finish up a few other requirements. The apartment is beautiful and clean. The grounds, gym and other amenities look very nice. I’m looking forward to meeting people in this complex and the community.
The Oxbow is OK way overpriced. I hear people coming up and down the stairs all day and it drives me nuts. I don’t think the walls were built with good wood. probably the cheap stuff honestly 3/5
Great place to live! Nice atmosphere and great amenities. The gym and pool are always clean. Great view of bridgers and away from town. Great place for dogs to live
The units are beautiful and fairly quiet. The move-in special I took advantage of was a life saver. The site management are very friendly and easy to deal with.
We have been here about a year now. No problems at all. View is great, clean, quiet. Amenities are sweet. Love that golf simulator!

We LOVE the Oxbow! The management has been the best I’ve ever worked with, and the amenities are amazing. I also love that the Society is connected to the property, as it makes my workouts so convenient! Would highly recommend!
They always respond quickly to any requests. The staff and manager are very kind, helpful, and highly efficient.
Good amenities, nice staff, dog friendly. Only complaints are residents can be very loud and not care about others, and parking can be difficult depending on what building you're in.
We've really enjoyed living at the Oxbow for the last several months. Love being able to see the mountains and enjoy the adjacent city park. The hot tub is a big hit for your kid having a nice gym has been great for all of us. Great location to either go into town or into the mountains!
I love living here at the oxbow!! Everyone is so friendly and such a welcoming community for dogs and friends!! I have lived here over a year now and genuinely won’t move anywhere else in Bozeman because I love it so much. We have a great view and great apartment so really no complaints!!!

I have enjoyed my experience at the Oxbow. The staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance has been quick for the small things we’ve had to call in. The views and community are great. Prices are a little high but that’s most of Bozeman.
Bailey is amazing, we love her. You can tell she cares for her job as well as the people. She is honestly the best part about living here. The onsite maintenance team are quick and friendly. Unfortunately the buildings themselves were poorly put together, and the parking is terrible. Amenities are nice. Espresso machine usually works and the jacuzzi is always hot. The mail situation is horrible though. They need more lockers or more access to the mail room for those of us who work M-F 9-5s , or just have an option to deliver outside my building. New security team feels weird, i'd like to get my coffee in peace. Instead ive got a random guy asking if im a resident each time. It is nice knowing someone's patrolling the area, i just wish they were a little more in the shadows.
We love living here! Very homey, and the part of town is great. Close to everything but still feels like you’re on the edge of town! Big fan of the amenities and the views are gorgeous!
I love our new place!! This property is equipped with so many great amenities and resources! The staff is so friendly and always helpful. The natural lighting in the apartment unit itself is amazing, and having real stone countertops is another plus. They are super pet friendly and also have so many areas to engage and develop friendships with other renters. For example, there's a hot tub and also a golf simulator! The views are beautiful and I love how it feels like you're out of town but you're right next to everything. There is a large park towards the back of the property that is well taken care of and a great place to play with your kids, tan, and play fetch with your dog. Overall, The Oxbow is an awesome place to be!!

I’ve lived at the Oxbow for almost a year now and have loved it! The amenities are the highlight. The gym is my second home, and the hot tub, lounge, golf simulator, security, package delivery, etc. are so well maintained and enjoyable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and happy to assist in every little thing you need. I do think there are some corners that were cut in construction (i.e. the paint will get marked up by a breath), but is definitely not a deal breaker in any regards. I honestly don’t want to move!

Love the look of everything in the apartment, super easy to make look good. The area is gorgeous and everyone is so friendly and has adorable dogs. Lighting is amazing all over the apt.
I moved in 2 months ago and so far it’s been pretty good. I wish there was an elevator in the building and at times, the noise from neighboring units could be heard. But overall it’s been a positive experience. The staff are all really great and very helpful.
I really enjoy my apartment and the Oxbow community. The staff are very friendly and quick to assist. The heating/cooling units in the apartments are not very good, but other than that I have no complaints.
The apartments in this complex were built quickly, like many new buildings in Bozeman, leading to several structural issues. Cracks are visible on the walls after less than a year, and some flooring is coming up due to improper installation. Additionally, cabinet floorboards are loose and not secured properly. Soundproofing is poor, with vents in each room allowing noise to travel easily between spaces. Accessing the building requires a fob to scan across a keypad located 3-4 feet from the door, which can be inconvenient if your hands are full. On a positive note, the appliances and amenities are excellent, and the complex is well-maintained by a friendly staff. My main concerns are with the building's structure.
The staff is amazing. Always helpful and on top of things. However , for the price of the rental , and the title “luxury “ they have had an uphill battle dealing with seemingly poor builds , and things not being well put together. I’d be most likely to refer to someone if the price remained the same.

Conveniently located near downtown Bozeman and Four Corners. Pet friendly community. Energy bills run around $100 per month for a 2 bedroom. $50 flat monthly for internet. Overall, great experience. Highly recommend!
Wonderful amenities at Oxbow! I stop most mornings to grab a coffee or cappuccino from the front lobby. Golf simulator is awesome and the spacious hot tub is awesome after a long day! Super friendly staff that will address you by name!

The community is nice. It does seem like the features were designed for not so many people to use them. The hot tub, gym, coffee machine, golf simulator, and clubhouse can be difficult to use due to crowding during hours after/before work. The sound proofing in the buildings is negligible which can be annoying… but overall I’m happy!
I love The Oxbow! Great amenities, amazing 360° mountain views, and overall a welcoming community! Pet friendly, and the perfect distance from downtown.
Have to recommend avoiding this place. The build quality is really low quality- sound proofing is non-existent so you'll hear every footstep even on the floor BELOW you! Windows don't close, doors are warped, sinks fall out, and pipes are hooked up backwards among a ton of other issues. Management puts on a nice face and genuinely does try to help where they can, but the turnaround time for any help they can give is long. Some things their hands are tied so nothing will get done. But most of all, when you move out, they will screw you out of everything they can get. All hidden behind smiles and misdirection, they are pros are implying things without explicitly saying them so there is no accountability. A lot of corporate landlords are bad but Roundhouse is the worst. I don't know anybody from the development that stayed past their initial lease. That's most telling of all.

Great place with great people, package system is horrible though, open the door on the weekends so we can actually get out packages, everyone I have talked to here hates this feature
My resident experience has been pretty good overall. I like how close campus is to the apartments but it would be nice if there was a better bike plath.
The oxbow apartments have been a great experience for me. The rooms are really nice. The windows are large letting plenty of light into the area. Storage space in the kitchen is also great. I’ve never had so much room in the cabinets at a place before. The staff is very friendly. They remember your name and greet you whenever you come into the lobby. They are also reliable. When I was first was choosing a move in date for the apartment, a staff member accidentally a date was available when it was earlier than I should have been moving in. Even though this was against their original policy they stuck to the agreement and let me keep the original move in date after realizing the mistake. Most staff are not this reliable at other apartments so it is nice to live in a place where the workers care so much about the residents.
Great location! Excellent amenities! Friendly staff! Unfortunately, there are no elevators so something to be mindful of if you're not living in a ground floor apartment.

I love my apartment! The one downside is some parts of the apartment seem to have cut corners. The paint chips and scuffs very easily and the floors are a bit sensitive. But it’s hard to beat the price with the inclusion of benefits and a safe new apartment!

Day 1 of living here and very impressed by the kind and accommodating staff. The apartments are beautiful and bright, but also cozy. They look small when you walk into them but really do have plenty of room due to the open floor concepts.
The place is great. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for a more pleasant and welcoming experience. The staff is attentive, the amenities are all well kept and everyone is so nice!
