I love how quiet it is. I never have to fight for parking and the office is always trying to find ways to do fun things for us which is awesome!
These apartments are very quiet and the property is well maintained. The location is great as it is close to almost everything but a little off the beaten path so the noise is low.
It is a Good location. It is a Quieter neighborhood. It does Need some updating. Has a small pool and gym. Price is good if long term lease.
Clean, quiet, and well-maintained community. Great location, friendly neighbors, and responsive management. Highly recommend. Feels like home. No complaints.
I’ve been enjoying it however so many things needed maintenance when I moved in. Maintenance has been fairly quick and easy. Other than that I’ve been really loving it!
Overlook is quiet, and clean. The neighbors are friendly and inviting and staff is nice! I love how it has a gym and pool on site as well as an elevator so I don't have to walk up stairs with groceries. Very family friendly.
I've only been here a few weeks, but I like the security of the Overlook. If you don't have a FOB to access the building, you cannot get in. I haven't met any of my neighbors yet.
The move in process was so easy and so far we are loving everything. The staff was so nice and answered any questions we had. The apartment was extremely clean when we moved in, and the size of the hallways and elevators made everything so simple to move in.
My experience at the overlook so far is great the residents in the community are all nice and friendly I enjoy seeing all the dog neighbors. I also enjoy taking my walks in the neighborhood right
I like the place since it is cozy and near my workplace!the leasing agents are nice and they keep you updated!I would like to recommend our leasing agent Ms.Brianna for being responsive and always available whenever you need to ask something.
Living here at The Overlook is a really good experience. Apartment has a luxurious feels, ameneties are amazing, maintainace is not bad at all. The only thing now is the rent price. It’s becoming ridiculously over priced after a lease term. And the utilities too!
The location is okay. Somewhat safer area than surrounding communities. Shopping stores, schools and gas stations are near by. Rent and maintenance requests are done all online.
Great overall, Trash fee is inconvenient since you have to end up taking trash out yourself anyway. That's the reason for the 4 star instead of 5.
Living here is so much comfort for my husband and I. We’ve been here since 2023 and no major problem encountered ever since. The place is adjacent to almost everything especially my workplace which is just 3-5 minute drive.
The Overlook apartments are well thought out have a great layout and are very well kept. Services included in the cost or sewer and water and valet trash. You have access to ground pool and grilling and a 24/7 gym. If there’s a problem inside of your apartment, submitting a ticket is quick easy and has a rapid response.
This apartment is beautiful! All the workers are very nice and made sure our move was as smooth as possible! I love the common area in the main building as well! Highly recommend! Very clean and good prices!
My residents experience so far is great the nighbors are nice the people at the office is nice and have been helpful and I like that they have holiday events for the residents at the overlook. I enjoy taking my walks around the apartment complex with a few challenging hills. So far my apartment is doing great the maintenance guys ti a great job when I needed them they came and fixed what needed to be fixed.
The management and maintenance are amazing. Apartments are giving great value for the money. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Who is into walking - nice to walk around and get the steps in. Grocery stores are pretty close, too, as well as downtown Harrisburg.
The location is good. It is in the east Pennsboro school district. There are lots of shops, hotels and a gas station within minutes. It is more expensive than most apartments but includes a swimming pool.
The neighborhood has modern eateries within a short walking distance, the clubhouse is well kept and the facilities are nicely groomed. The valet garbage pick up as been more off then on in my first month.
Very cozy and safe place to live in. it’s convenient too as near to the place we work in, near to grocery stores, church and shops. Provides ample space for parking. Tis apartment is top of the notch as they have great amenities like swimming pool, gym, billiard game, name it.
During my approval process the staff amazing so patient and communication was great I’m so happy to have went thru the process with them it was so smooth ! I’m 1 day in my apartment me and my sons are so in love I can wait to decorate it thank you overlook staff ??
I love this place I'm looking forward to moving in with my fiance it's just a nice cozy place to call home. The pool is my favorite place to relax by and read a book. It's also very quiet on the people are very nice.
The apartment is good and spacious, some of the necessities are already included. With nice gym and pool. It also has big parking lot. People are nice.
Good communication with residents , easy to get hold of admins. They try to have events but nothing that catches my eyes , could be better. Friendly residents, parking enough spaces.

hallways: stained carpet, peeling paint, stairwell exit door sticks. Would prefer vinyl flooring to the carpet in the apartment, but at least the carpet is new. Appliances- dented, sink- stained, cabinets- need refinished, drawer pulls- falling off, no hot water pressure in kitchen, shower heads -should be replaced, tub drains slowly, should be actual ceiling lights in the bedrooms, huge return vent in living room should be painted to match the wall, Pantry shelves bent and falling down. Stove top chipped and pitted. Entry door to apartment is dented. The trash can provided was disgustingly filthy. The medicine cabinet mirror is failing. Overall, mostly minor details I feel were overlooked and should have been addressed prior to my moving in, especially for what I’m paying in rent. Walk-thru of my apt. would have helped. Submitted a maint. request for leak and water issue. Bri was rather accommodating with my crazy schedule prior to moving in and it is greatly appreciated!
Amazing apartment and wonderful community around Love to be around here and gym is well equipped. Only thing is I won’t be able to play pool table past 5 pm and on weekends
We love our Overlook community. The maintenance dept does an outstanding job at keeping the grounds immaculate . John keeps the pool clean and crystal clear. Everyone is polite and respectful to all the residents. If an issue does crop up the maintenance group is right on it.
This is my first apartment and it has been an amazing and easy experience so far. I love seeing all the dogs in the neighborhood and everyone is very friendly.
Amazing community! Very friendly people both on staff and living here. Outstanding area, walking friendly. Ametaties are nice, gym is outfitted for all kinds of workouts. Pool is beautiful.

The apartments are very quiet and well built. So far the community has been nice and everything you need is with in a 15 minute drive or less. Staff has been helpful.
Clean and well maintained! The dog park is great or your pooch to run around free from cars. Plenty of parking is available for family and friends to visit. Overall a great place to call home for months or years.

The Overlook is a peaceful and clean environment to call home. I often enjoy its many amenities like its fully stocked gym, the lovely clubhouse, or just enjoying my amazing view. I feel safe knowing that the building is locked and only those w keys can enter. Plus having an elevator is a game changer. You can’t help who your neighbors are or prevent people from slamming doors, but that’s true of all apartment living. The high end finishes and the washer dryers in my apartment make it feel luxurious and comfortable. I’m so glad I made my home at the Overlook!
This new home is a real peaceful community and all the employees are so pleasant. I particularly like walking the well manicured flower beds. I like the fact you don't have to fight for a parking spot. There is plenty.
So far this community has been wonderful. Signing all the paperwork was easy and the move was seamless with the concierge service provided. Looking forward to many years here

I have had a great experience living at the overlook I transferred from building 154 to building 156 it was a smooth move on February 1st I have been at my new apartment for a month now I’m enjoying the view of the mountains from my place and still like I did when I was In my apartment in 154 I enjoy taking my walks around the complex it’s great scenery to look at. There is a great staff at the overlook office. It’s nice having a pool in the summer and a fitness work out place when I want to work out and a pool table too. It’s great also having the events for the holidays and contests for a chance to win something.I recommend this place to others who are looking.
Everything has been amazing so far! We had a few problems with our sinks, but maintenance came super quick and got it handled. There’s so many cute animals out all the time, and it’s surprisingly very quiet and peaceful here. The natural lighting in our apartment is awesome and the gym is top tier. I just wish the pool would open sooner lol.
I have been here 3 months. The apartments are roomy, well designed, and quiet. After the recent snowfall the parking lots were cleared in a timely manner and then attended to again to freshen up the spaces.
The Overlook beat all of my expectations. This place is amazing, new, and has a really responsive management team. I love this apartment complex!
