I’ve been living here for some time now and can honestly say I don’t regret anything. The office staff is very helpful especially Josh, he’s always been a gentlemen when helping me with confusion and request. Property is super clean and always well kept. 10/10

I lived at the Osprey for almost 2 years. Let’s just say I loved it! From day one the team at the leasing office and the maintain team has been nothing but amazing! When I say no issues. If any, they handled it immediately! I would like to say my son loved stopping at the office every morning to greet everyone before heading out to daycare. Dawson, josh, Hannah and Kelly were awesome. Rachel the Manager made sure we were taken care of during our stay. I’d recommend this place if you ever decide to move to Aberdeen or the Harford county area. I can’t forget about the neighbors. We all looked out for each other in our building. Thank you again to the staff for a great stay. We will never forget you all!

Quiet neighborhood, close to shops, great communication with office and maintenance staff

Maintenance guys really quick to response just according to level of urgency.

I moved in post-renovation. The renovations were a coat of paint and some pretty shoddy repair work - doors weren't installed properly and didn't close, scuffs and marks all over an apartment that was "just painted and renovated when I moved in", etc. Beyond that, the apartment itself is extremely humid, grossly so. Can't leave salt out without it clumping and getting wet, can't leave chips out for 20 mins without them getting soggy, and I generally felt worse the mornings I woke up here compared to those I didn't. Maintenance is very hit or miss. They don't care much to help you so they really only come out when they feel like it, and sometimes they don't even know how to perform the work they should be capable of. If you get locked out, submit a maintenance ticket online (only during working hours) and you MIGHT get a reply within several hours. I have had relatively good service from the leasing office staff over email/phone, but that is the only decent thing about this place.

I love my building at the Osprey Apartments. The place is well maintained, beautifully decorated, and a peaceful environment to live in.

An excellent place to live. A very diverse community with Interstate 95 access within 4 minutes allowing you to travel either northbound to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or New York City, New York, or southbound to Baltimore, Maryland or Washington, D.C. Schools and buses for schools and getting around town are immediately available. Many grocery stores, hair salons and nail parlors are close. Medical facilities are within walking distance along with fast food places and sit down dining. The office and staff are very pleasant and very understanding.

The most terrible management ever. They just come and decide to unnecessarily redo the parking lot, hike up our rent by $120 without any renovations done to our unit. And now they decide to get rid of the storage room downstairs and force everyone to clean out their things. And if we don’t, they threaten to throw our things away. 2 months ago, our neighbor’s storage was robbed, when they complained about it, the management totally acted like it wasn’t their responsibility. These people are just sitting here to take your money. They don’t care about the people. The most heartless people I’ve ever seen. Plus, these buildings have mice. Don’t move here if you care about your family, because if anything happens, these idiots won’t take any responsibility or care!

I don’t have enough words to explain how terrible management is. The level of disrespect is just outrageous. Manager thinks that treating residents and there families disrespect is acceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
