Property Ratings at The Onix Apartments
I am writing this review to share the wonderful expense I had at the Onix Apartments. The cleaning staff, the maintenance staff, and the managerial staff are outstanding. They were professional and catered to tenants needs expeditiously in order to run an efficient and smooth operation. The units are gorgeous, and in every rating system they are 5 star quality. The small size of the Onix community was absolutely perfect for me. Had I not decided to buy a home there I would be today. And if I ever decide to sell and relocate back into apartment living there is no place else that I would consider living.
My family and I just moved into the Onix Apartments on August 1st and have been nothing short of amazed. To begin with the leasing process the Property Manager was very friendly and respectful in showing us the available unit and getting all our paperwork handled quickly. Once we moved in the elevators were and still are a lifesaver taking our 3 kiddos up to our apartment. Now about 3 weeks into our lease we have loved every second of living here from our beautiful balcony views to the professional quiet atmosphere shared amongst the tenants. I have lived in multiple “upscale” apartments in El Paso, but this complex definitely takes the top without a doubt.
