I may very well be one of The Oliveen’s longest-residing happy residents; I moved in right when they opened and have no plans to leave. The quality of the apartments and the beautifully maintained grounds are outstanding, but what truly sets this place apart is the staff. Calling them “off the charts” might sound dramatic, but it comes straight from the heart. The management team feels like a family. They're collaborative, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in every detail that makes life at The Oliveen such a wonderful experience. I absolutely LOVE living here. So far everything has been pretty great! Neighbors are friendly, staff is attentive & I always see maintenance workers around working hard! The building is very safe as well & the apartments are in a great location with lots of food options around. Public transportation isn’t too far either ??

My intent was to move in to the Oliveen while getting acclimated to the area so that I could buy a house. Instead, I've been living in this apartment for three years because it's just that great. Management is parallel to none; they're so attentive, responsive, genuinely concerned for the well-being of their residents; the grounds impeccable. All of the amenities and finishes are 5-star. It's so convenient having a trash/recycle room on each floor! The rec room has conference capabilities, a pool table and giant television; it's wonderful seeing events take place there! Everything you need relating to shopping, dental, medical facilities, restaurants is right here. Costco is practically next door. You're 6 minutes away from downtown Camas area and some of the apartments (like mine??) even have views of Mt. Hood. I absolutely love it here and have no desire to leave anytime soon… Much gratitude to the staff here!

Quiet, convenient, really close to schools around in a good school district. Another aspect is the proximity to all the businesses around in terms of shopping, food and facilities. Most important is the friendly staff who are always available and receptive to residents.

We have now lived at the Oliveen for some 8 months and I believe we were among the early arrivals to this complex. We have loved our experience here. The office and building staff couldn’t be kinder and more professional. The complex is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and the location is convenient to so many area businesses and recreational areas. The apartments are smartly designed, and the trash and recycling procedures are a breeze. It’s been a great decision for us and I would recommend the Oliveen strongly as a terrific option. Todd D.

My experience of The Oliveen has been nothing but positive. The staff is extremely friendly, excellent at problem resolution and very thoughtful towards their residents. I also love how the building was designed, it’s fairly new and clearly every detail accounted for. All the amenities are amazing. The Oliveen is an excellent place to reside. It includes all amenities one needs. Stove, refrigerator, microwave and washer/dryer. The elevator service is excellent and an alternate one can take the stairs. The best avenue is the exercise room, yoga room and lounge. The lounge is a beautiful place to have get together’s with access to outside fireplace, warm heated lamps and bar-b-que grills. It’s clean and well kept. I really enjoy living at The Oliveen. Living at The Oliveen has been a superior experience when it comes to apartment living. My expectations have been surpassed & staff has been attentive & welcoming at every corner. I enjoy being located just 5 minutes from grocery stores, food options, etc. & 5 minutes in the other direction are several parks, trails & tranquility. Safety features are also in place although this is a very safe area. Very happy.
