The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Olive
I've been living here for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier. Everything is so new and modern - all the finishes and hardware are really what drew me to the place. The entire building is safe and gated and the neighborhood is walkable, which I enjoy. Also, maintenance and management are always on top of it and it's nice to see them actively improving the property. Love living here!
Love it here! Modern, bright apartments with great amenities and friendly management team.
We just toured The Olive with Kelly and her customer service is EXCELLENT!!!!! Very pleasant and friendly. She took her time with us and was very thorough answering our questions. This property is gorgeous but it was Kelly's outstanding service that completely drew us in! If you haven't toured this property yet, you're missing out!
I had a very unfortunate experience when attempting to apply with the Olive. I had applied for a unit, and got in touch with the leasing agent specialist. I had great communication with them, answering all my questions, and they deserve a solid review. However, after about a month after I originally applied for the selected unit, and after constantly asking for the papers to sign the lease, I was informed the rent would be over 10.5% more than what I originally applied for. I was assured that they would try to honor the price, but after a few days and my plea for a compromise, it was rejected, the new price will be enforced. I know that no lease was signed, however, after a non-refundable $30 application and the opportunity cost of missing out on other potential places, it seems extremely disingenuous to lead me on for over a month and then jack up the prices.
