This is a great location if you’re looking for affordable housing near the interstate dining grocery stores and convenience as far as the management I met Ernesto and the team which I can share are only very professional and will provide good service when needed for resident work orders, etc. I would recommend this location again. I can’t emphasize enough if you’re looking for affordable housing close to many great things in Oakland Park Florida area.
This place smells they have bugs air is broken its loud doors broken broken glass no pool and you can smell smoke coming int your part and food from the other tenants . its needs to be reported. broken refrigeratos
I tried to go see it a couple of days ago, no number answers. I made a tour on their WEBSITE! and i was there for an hour waiting. don't even bother. the place looks like crap, and on top of that looking at reviews seems to be a roach problem and a gun problem. No thanks!
this apartment is horrible . neighbors are very loud , i wasnt able to get any sleep . The manager never answers any calls

All the kitchen appliances are outdated ! White refrigerators don’t work doors broken back door glass has been broken and the front door has a big open space all your air leaves and they have bugs
Lived at the Oasis for a few years and there was never any renovation or upgrade to my apartment. Complained about the leaking water coming from the AC to outside my apartment door area; the AC was old and needed to be exchange to a new one but management said No. Roach infestation and unable to use laundry room. it was closed due to drug users and prostitutes using the area at night.
Location is excellent for those residents who are pedestrians. The rent is fair, and the property manager is understanding when it comes to residents and unexpected circumstances. However, living here can be hell. The walls are not insulated and are very thin, so whatever the temperature is outside that's what it will be inside. Also, ALL outside noise can be heard inside the apartments, and the residents can be very loud and rude. Every door slam, argument, dog bark, conversation, car, and anything else you can think of can be heard inside. Maintenance are okay but can be lazy, and inconsiderate when entering into your apartment. Most apartments need renovating, and there is no continuity with other apartments on the property. Roaches and termites can definitely be a BIG problem so be prepared. It's an average place to stay, but if you can afford to do better I highly suggest it. You may have a unit where plumbing is an issue, roaches and termites is an issue, windows broke and can't open can be an issue, and rude & loud neighbors can definitely be a concern. Choose wisely and ask for an upgraded Apt

Very unorganized and unprofessional staff...They took my. $75.00 application fee and did not call me back.for weeks..No one ever answers the phone nor can youlaeave a message..When i finally did recieve a call back all i got was im not sure but someone will call you back..I recieve 3 different move in dates..Do not give these people your.money!!
Worst place ever roaches all over , the zinc and hot tub always gets flooded. Mirror falls down . Trash all over the complex . You can hear your neighbors through the walls . Honestly go somewhere else .
so much roaches..they came to fog 2 months before we were about to leave caused our lease was up bad management.
Whatever happened to the janitor? The place is trashed, branches, leaves, papers, cans, all over the place! Soon we are going to have mice and roaches! And don't come with the story of asking for patience, since you're not patience when people fall back with the rent! Last month the hallways weren't washed, and this month we are probably going to experience the same!
Management is kind. They have been trying to upgrade the property for the year that I've been there. But, for the last year I have had a sewage back up into my bath tub. Like clockwork once every three months. I have complained to management. They do a short term fix, but refuse to take care of this disgusting unsanitary problem, permanently.. It has probably gonr on longer than the year that I've been there. Yet they always act surprised when it happens. But, that is my only issue.
I just recently moved and this is a great place to live. The manager Kathia is very professional. If it was due to the reviews I would not have moved here from out of town, but after speaking to the manager she convinced me that this was a good place to live. And I been here for about three months now and I never had such a great experience with moving.

Management Never came to fix anything walked in when they pleased.. Extremely noisy neighbors!! Loud commotions 7 am...druggies everywhere... Very high police activity! A live nightmare! Guns drawn.... Police banging on doors...javing meetings behind the buildings. Sigh it was just crazy...not to mention the bugs... But they have you sign a bed bug ammendum boy is that a good one... You are forced to deal with the termites and ants but if you bring bed bugs its the end of the world. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

I'm Sorry to hear about your experience of Oasis in the past. We are now under New Management and Owners and since then there has been a significant amount of great changes. One of the great changes is our pest control program. Pest control comes once a week and the resident can call to be on the list each week. And we also do Mandatory Pest control once a month. We have done in abundant amount of work on the property. Please feel free to pass by and come see our newly apartment homes.
If the management wasn't so lazy and unprofessional, this would be a 4 star place to live. The rooms are spacious and the location is convenient. The maintenance guys are great and ready to get the job done only if the management will move a little faster with approving job and getting materials. They have to be constantly reminded to put a work order in. Good thing is there's been so much complaint that the head office is "cleaning house" to get new management people who know how to do the job.

This building needs work! We made our payment and were ready to move in but they was no refrigerator for seven days. We still haven't got many of the repairs completed thru our first walk through a month and a half ago. If you don't like friends over (roaches,termites,and ants) this is not a place for you. Prior to us taking over, ( Under New Management) I understand there were a significant amount of work that needs to be done on the property, we have accomplish 95% of the major things and we are still continue to stride to provide a beautiful and comfortable place that you can call home.
Perfect for me, my corner unit has a large closet, ample bath with tub and new ac. Electricity included is a bonus to the convenience of groceries a 10 minute stroll away and bus stops at the curb. The Maintainance guys are topnotch too!
